First time visiting this store, and I was really impressed with the service. The food was great, and Jaz is incredibly attentive to customer satisfaction. I’ve seen Jaz working at another Subway store before, and I’m so happy to see him now managing this location too!Highly recommend this store!

Pathetic customer service, unnecessarily rude to People of Colour.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but rude customers shouldn’t be the only ones who stick in people’s minds.
The staff here have dealt with a huge amount of technical issues this week that were completely out of their control, and they’ve done well in spite of that. I was just trying to get some lunch when a customer in line ahead of me began insulting and condescending to the staff, including the supervisor/manager on duty. I think people forget that food service workers are people too, and that if they’ve worked in a Subway once, that doesn’t mean they know everything about how they all work. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from that customer, but professional and calm responses from staff. I’ll definitely be coming back.
I’m a vegetarian and I don’t meat and all. When I was there in a queue, I saw that the guy who was making sub for the previous customer, he had used the same gloves for the meat and vegetables Toppings. When I asked he said we changed the gloves when we prepare each subs NOT DURING ADDING TOPPINGS OF MEATS AND VEGGIES. It’s a contamination of meats in Veggies. !!!!
It was the first time visit however I would never go there again and Would recommend every vegetarian NOT TO VISIT THIS SUBWAY

This is second incident with me at this location when staff is rude. I ordered online while standing there and requested staff ti toast my footlong but guy refused, said he will do what’s in the order. There was no other customer present. It hardly takes a minute to toast. You can’t even enjoy your meal when somebody doesn’t treat you right.
I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident that occurred during my recent visit to your Subway location on September 02, 2024 at around 4:00 PM in cataraqui Centre. I do not know the employees names. My experience was far from satisfactory due to the unprofessional and rude behaviour exhibited by one of your employees. When we politely asked her to change her gloves before preparing our order, she refused and directed her co-worker to serve us instead. Unfortunately, he too was dismissive and unhelpful. I requested that he place tomatoes on only one side of the sandwich due to a severe allergy. However, when I asked him to indicate which side contained the tomatoes after toasting the sandwich, he curtly responded, "I don't know, you figure it out." This lack of consideration and professionalism is deeply disappointing. The way we were treated was both disrespectful and discriminatory.

Wife got me a sub here today, too much mayo in it and now i have stomache aches diaharehha and rotten egg burps .... clearly the staff here are not keeping up on proper sanitarty

Staff stated they can no longer fulfil orders for a “BLT” as corporate subway has removed the button. They could physically make the sandwich but would have to charge for the closest approximate sandwich which is $20 for the sandwich alone. Not the staff’s fault but absolutely ridiculous.
