This restaurant service is VERY slow. I've been twice and have vowed not to come back. Its painfully slow sandwich prep. If you get your sandwich toasted, dont expect it to be warm when you get to eat it. We won't be back.You can order by number, and they still ask for every topping. Ridiculous. Hard pass.If you are in a hurry, this is the wrong choice.

I usually eat here 1 to 3 times a week... since new owner has taken over and replaced staff the quality has taken a dive. New staff don't care about quality, and just dump toppings onto the sandwich. Said to see the place fall apart. Hopefully the new owner does everyone a favor and just close it vs letting it rot like this.

Hello,Moved to Kingston recently and been trying to have Subs from different location. As far as quality of the sub and Costumer service goes. This is the location I would go.I have tried other Subway locations but the amount of toppings they put is like very minimum. This Subway does care about their costumer and generally put lots of toppings in term of quantity.They have been clean every time I go.

Being in a truck means that fast food is a convenience because of little time period. I have been to this location many timesn, not because of convenience , but because of quality iand the overall extreme satisfaction. I went inside after reading that the store is locally owned with the hopes of speaking to a manager and expressing how incredibly pleased I was only to be greeted by the owner. Her name is clearly printed on the door Is and she should be extremely proud of her staff as I have been here day-and-night and the level of excellence is consistent. Is a level you would expect from a flagship store. Maybe it should be .Tammy and staff, you're doing great, keep up the great work.

Staff was super sweet and subway is generally good but I've noticed that usually the cookies at this location are never actually baked. They always have cooked edges but majority of the cookie is still raw.
