We get take out quite a bit. Swiss Chalet on Bath Rd always great. The manager that works in take out is always awesome.he is friendly, efficient and just very organized. He does a awesome job.

Great staff and Manager Tammy stopped by the table and was lovely!
I went in for a Christmas dinner with my family and was pretty dissapointed. Had to wait 30 mins to be seated(there were 6 of us), because they don't do reservations. The waitress went above and beyond and was great but the new menu, the food quality and prices left ALOT to be desired. The chicken spring rolls tasted sour and smelled of wet dog, the wings were mushy and we had to request the celery and carrots that were supposed to come with the wings and only got two pieces of each, the pepsi and ginger ale were flat, the kitchen ran out of bacon right before most of us ordered caesar salads as sides/mains, although the awesome waitress did give us all extra parmesan cheese for our salads to compensate. The dessert was delicious and we were given lindor boxes to compensate for all the issues so overall , it was OK. Will never go back to swiss chalet again though due to this experience.

Ordered online wait would be ready at a specific time.
It wasn’t ready until 30 minutes later. I was in a rush and couldn’t even enjoy my food I did it for a specific time so I could enjoy a nice warm meal on my lunch break. Wasted it just sitting there, even tho my lunch was suppose to be earlier

Order take out and we ordered fries with a our meal never got them Did not want to drive half an hour to get fries. We paid 45.00 for chicken bun and salad Bun was so hard could not eat it.

Place was half empty place and still waited 20 minutes for a table. Server never even said Hi, just told us to move our stroller. Didn't bring the appetizer at all. Mixed up the chicken. No drink refills the entire meal. Had to flag down the service to get the desert for the kids meal. Just go to McDonald's, it's higher quality and better service.
