I have dreamed of a roast beef dinner. I was very happy to see the return of the roast beef dinner. It's like Sunday dinner with all the family around the table. Tender and plenty of juice and a side of gravy. I'm not fond of their chicken, so when they bring out the roast beef, I'm there. Paired with mash potatoes and well prepared vegetables.

From her expertise to her sense of humour, we just had the best experience! She was exceptional and catered to our every need or request. This waitress went above and beyond! The best waitress we’ve ever had. Thanks for making our dinner absolutely perfect!

Friday evening...quite busy...clean...friendly staff...had to wait 30 minutes for the order, the chicken was dry, the coffee was not hot...not bad, but could have been better

Went on Sunday aft here & maybe change of staff, but very disappointed. Fries were mostly greasy end pieces, minuscule chicken piece and coleslaw portion was so small and runny. No cutlery on our table so set own table, as very nice server was no longer around. Beverage on menu, not available.
I've eaten here the last 3 nights. Monday was good, super quick through the drive through and food was good. Tuesday there was like 6 or 7 cars in front of me and I waited approx 30 minutes which is fine. Today though I had a terrible experience. There was only one car in front of me which was already at the window when I got there. I placed my order at 6:05. Payment wasn't done till 6-19, according to the receipt. I got my food at around 6:25. I was paying with gift card which I had used at this location Monday and Tuesday. When I said I'll be paying with gift card she just walked away from me. Then when she took the gift card she shut the window and messed around with it for a while. I had yesterday's receipt saying it had 14$ and some change on it. But the lady in the drive through tried arguing with me that it had only 4 dollars untill she finally took it. Leaving me with about a 3 dollar difference. So I handed her some change I had already counted to be 1.85. she then told me I owe 2 more dollars on card which I was confused by but whatever. I get back to my room to see that she only put 1.00 for change purchase. So this already had me pretty frustrated but then I get back and go to eat and see that there's less than half the gravy in the container (it did not spill) and my fries were cold. The only good thing from today's visit was that the dark meat club wrap I ordered came out with white meat which I do like more but it costs extra.

I had a great time at Swiss Chalet thanks to the amazing service from Sabrina and Kaley! They both had great attitudes and were super friendly! The food came out amazingly fast and tasted excellent! I’m excited to go back to this Swiss Chalet restaurant soon!
