This is absolute worst Taco Bell Iâve ever eaten from. Whether itâs because they are incapable of paying attention or simply because they donât care. Every single time myself or a family member has ordered from this location, they constantly forget to pack items we have ordered, or they make them incorrectly despite it being clearly labelled changed through uber. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhereâŠ.

I came in yesterday to order food I ordered it online to use my coupon ended up being sent to a different location in Kingston I called the other location to find out if they would be willing to send my order to the location that I was at on Bath road they refused to but Sandeeb Ashnoor and Arsh that were working on Bath road location for more than willing to make my food there and give it to me I think I'm very much for that and thought that that was above and beyond customer service

Lots of parking but itâs awkward, easy to with entrances on bath road and behind. Inside has been renovated and it was clean. Food was normal servixe was good if a bit slow but I was early for online order. Need some work on processes order through the app.
Seriously, Taco Bell Kingston (Ontario)... get it together. Not only did you screw up our order and forget an entire item, but what we did get was cold, sloppy, and barely edible. We went in to say something, and your staff just stood there staring at us like confused bobbleheads. Then when we called to explain the issue, we got nothing but attitude and rudeness.
We werenât asking for the moonâjust some decent food and basic customer service. But apparently, thatâs too much to expect from Taco Bell Kingston.
Do better. Because this? Not it. đđź

It's really went down hill, the prices are way up but the food quality is way down. I don't recommend this taco bell at all.
Placed ab online order for the wrong location by accident(yes, my fault) but wanted ti get a refund and was told no....i was in a different town!!!!! No attempt to fix the issue...no refund... no offer of a gift card for later...nothing. . Out $60 not happyđ€Ź

In the drive through, the restaurant was renovated but the speaker hasn't changed, it's horrible. The girl didn't speak very good English, and at the window I had to repeat the order another 5 times. Then the order was missing a taco Ugh! Live and learn, never going back again.

My children and I stopped for a late night treat on Thursday August 7th on our way home to Québec. There was one young lady working and she deserves a raise! We had no idea what we wanted when we came through the drive-thru and she was beyond patient while we decided what to order. She asked me to park the car and she would deliver the food to us, I assumed that meant it would take a while......3 minutes later she was outside with our order. The food was hot, everything was delicious, she even put extra cheese sauce in the bag for us! Thank you so much for an awesome meal.....we really look forward to Taco Bell when we come to Ontario and this experience definitely fixed our craving!
