So, my tacos had no beef in them, maybe just a dab in the middle see pictures. When I brought them up to be replaced, I received attitude.

The cashier that closed Wednesday January 22nd 2025 was very bad at their job. They made the food very poorly. They forgot my drink and got upset when I asked for my drink. They also gave me cold undercooked fries. And seemed very annoyed before I even ordered. Very unprofessional

Customer Service is non-existence, food takes forever, and rarely offer any follow-up questions for service. It feels like when you even ask for sauce, it's an inconvenience.

The manager and employees are contributing to its failure.

Kingston Catarqui Mall Taco Bell has gone downhill. Gordita Crunch had no crunch plus was cold. Fries also cold. Staff person customer service skills very poor. $13 for lousy meal. I will not go back.

My crunch wrape supreme only had meat covering half of the wrap. 3 diced up tomatos. Absolutely horrible service if you're going to rip people off at least have the decency to lower your prices. Cheap garbage they're selling for a premium price

Not the first time this has happened. Ordered online for pick up, went to pick up after the designated time and they hadn't even started making the order. They log in to a separate computer and then try to rush to make it. They do not do refunds either. The point of ordering in advance when you're on break at work is so that you can get back to work. Also both 1-800 numbers always say they're closed when you call. Officially done with this location.
