Very dissatisfied with the overall outcome with the experience. The service was terrible and very slow. After placing my order, I stood and waited for the order and found that other customers received their food a lot sooner, even when they ordered a larger meal and well after I had placed my order. And when asking, why they had served the other customers before my order came out, they did not give an answer and scoffed at my complaint. No apology for the wait either, after handing my order to me. To add to the turmoil, they did not give me my full meal, and I got to watch as they mishandled other customers orders. I will also mention the state of the counter was a mess. I would not recommend eating at this location.

One at cat centre sucks,we order two toonie Tuesday and was told 20 min wait when ordering then we went back to check it out order was ready cause everyone else order stuff after us and got there's just getting ours now @6:01

The cashier that closed Wednesday January 22nd 2025 was very bad at their job. They made the food very poorly. They forgot my drink and got upset when I asked for my drink. They also gave me cold undercooked fries. And seemed very annoyed before I even ordered. Very unprofessional
Customer Service is non-existence, food takes forever, and rarely offer any follow-up questions for service. It feels like when you even ask for sauce, it's an inconvenience.
The manager and employees are contributing to its failure.

Kingston Catarqui Mall Taco Bell has gone downhill. Gordita Crunch had no crunch plus was cold. Fries also cold. Staff person customer service skills very poor. $13 for lousy meal. I will not go back.
