I pay 40 dollars for crap, can't even get a straw, can't even get 2 dollars worth of cheese sauce like I ordered. I miss canada.

Terrible experience there today. Staff member was incredibly rude and unprofessional, mocking us, laughing at us, and interrupting us. The uber app would not let us select “baja blast” or “no cheese” so we had called the store right after we had placed the order and asked for these changes. The lady on the phone said that she could make these changes and then hung up. We got the order and none of the changes were made. I called the store again and asked what had happened and the same lady got mad at us told us that she couldnt make those changes after she had already confirmed that she could? We were very upset and wanted some sort of resolution or compensation and NO order number was written on the bag nor was any receipt attached (like she said there would be on the phone) so I wasnt able to give her an order number. She was very very rude and completely unprofessional and was blaming us for the problem and even letting a laugh out before she abruptly hung up on us.

I asked for hot sauce packets and received none. I also asked for coke zero which the drive thru server said they had and then 5 seconds later he handed me my drink and I asked to confirm if it was coke zero and he said they don't have that, they just have Pepsi zero. Confounding experience to say the least

Brain dead employees failed to notify me the beverage machine isn't working. Ordered and Paid and then try to use. Hot pop with no ice. Refuse to refund. Slide me a can of Pepsi.

Terrible. Don’t waste your money. First, the cashier could barely understand or speak English. Not trying to be mean, but I’m 100% English and she couldn’t understand me well. Now. This may come across a certain way and I promise I’m not trying to, not even close, it’s 100% an observation. This is the same issue I experienced 3 times at a location close to home that has recently been taken over by a group of people new to Canada. They not only fired everyone that worked there for years, but the food quality has gone down the drain. Every taco had almost zero cheese. So I visit this location. Sit down, open my soft tacos and yet again, almost no cheese. Why? Cheese is expensive. So if they charge full about and give you almost no cheese, profits go up. I used to work at a Taco Bell back in high school. I know they have a standard on how much of each item goes into a taco etc. I won’t ever be back.

Went to Taco Bell thinking it was going to be fast, waited 5 minutes at the order podium before our order was taken, then waited 8 minutes before getting to the window (keep in mind a car waited at the window before us for 15 minutes to get there food) finally went to the window, and was not greeted for about 5 minutes. Then a girl finally showed up and handed us food that was sitting there the whole time, and then was rude when we asked for hot sauce. I thought Taco Bell was supposed to be fast, not a whole 20 minute experience. Not impressed. I also ordered a steak burrito and there was lettuce in it (not supposed to have that), and no tortilla chips, as advertised….

Taco Bell you are really going under. I saw 4 cars leave the drive thru as we were stuck there. You should have an exit if you are going to be that slow.
