Great Tapas restaurant, love the design, great bar! We started with the tuna poke & foi gras, both delectable! Then we shared the coconut Thai cod, and the lamb tacos. This was definitely enough for two people, unless you have a very large appetite. We finished with the crème brûlée , which we shared, it is a generous portion & was honestly the best we’ve ever had!! Service was friendly and attentive. It is a cosy space.

Both the food quality and the service vary from visit to visit. It’s unfortunate that the place appears to be poorly managed.

I have been to Tango a number of times and truly, the food is always outstanding and the service even better. This last time though (Friday the 5th) was a step above. I received a note from the restaurant the day of our reso and they offered us La Bodega which is their private wine cellar dining area. This is typically a paid upgrade with minimum spend I assume and they offered it to us for free.
It made the night that much more memorable for our group and made for some great photos according to my partner.
Thanks Tango, as always you knocked it put of the park.
Can’t wait to come back

Imaginative dishes in small tapas style, so you can try quite a few different things! i recommend the foie gras dish.

The food is very good and we enjoyed the ambiance inside. But the prices are just too high for what they are offering. If you want be full with 2 adults you will end up spending 200$. It’s just too much for a city like Kingston.
Other than that everything else was great.

Excellent evening. The dishes were presented beautifully and spaced out so they could be enjoyed individually. Matt was our server and did an excellent job taking care of us for my wife's birthday celebration!

We had dinner at Tango Nuevo in Kingston and absolutely loved it! The tapas-style menu is a great idea — small portions make it easy to try different dishes and share. Four dishes for two felt perfect, and I even saved room for dessert 😊
The food was delicious, and the service was impressively fast and attentive — we barely had time to wait between courses, which was such a pleasant surprise.
The atmosphere was lively but comfortable, even on a busy Friday night. The interior is stylish and cozy, and the location is great — right in downtown Kingston, within walking distance from our hotel. There’s also a big parking lot just a minute away on Ontario Street.
Highly recommend this place for a fun and tasty evening out!

It was an awesome evening. The food is amazing! There is lots of variety. Service was lovely. Went on a Sunday night so it wasn't overly busy. My husband and I were able to have a long leisurely dinner at our pace and not feel like we were over staying our welcome.

Saturday night-they are not at full capacity and I have yet to receive my main course since arriving an hour and 15 minutes ago. Service is basic. My partners meal (portion very tiny-Carne Picante, salty and chewy) came out 15 minutes before mine. Overpriced for what you get and slow service.
