Absolute garbage food. This place was so dirty. No pride whatsoever in this establishment. He'd be better off catching a pigeon in the parking lot and getting some steamed rice.

Quality of food is going downhill. Also I did asked some guy that was busy arranging napkins one by one ( must of been a slow day ) if my beef could be done medium rare. He did say OK . However after approx 15 seconds of him still doing his napkin arranging, I asked . Are you going to tell anyone ? Not sure if he pretended to understand or not. Also after a few bad reviews there seems to be wave of good reviews that appear to have been written by friends perhaps based on the names. To follow up on this. There is a similar pattern at the other 2 Thai Express in Kingston. There are a few people that have given multiple 5 star reviews around the same time . Fake reviews

terrible terrible customer service- kid behind the counter seemed annoyed that I wanted to order food- basic manners like please thank you are non- existent - never going back !

This was the worst experience at Thai express I've ever had. I will never go back.I ordered a chicken pad Thai. I paid in a timely manner. As the cashier was putting together the items I realized that i didn't want green onions or radishes in it. I politely asked the cashier to not include the items and he refused because it was already in the prep bowl. A few minutes later I'm standing around still waiting for my food to be started. The cashier is leaning over the counter texting on his phone. my food hasn't been started for what feels like 10 minutes at this point. I went over and said "look if no one is going to cook my food I'd like a refund" he kept saying "oh the cook is coming back. Oh the cook is coming back" well this guy didn't come back for at least 5 more minutes at this point. Then started my meal which didn't take long thankfully.Needless to say I was already frustrated and upset at this point. I take my food and try to enjoy it in the food court. In the dozens of times I've gone to thai express over the years in different cities the service has always been very efficient and very friendly. And the food has always been hot and delicious. This time though - the ingredients couldn't be removed from my dish 10+ minutes before it was even started. And the final nail in the coffin it has no tofu it it. Anytime I've ever eaten it. It's had tofu included. You pay to ADD chicken to it. I didn't bother bringing it up at this point to Thai express staff because I knew no resolution would be presented. It's sad because usually Thai express makes a tasty pad Thai.

Food was horrible.One of the worst meals I have eaten in ages. Bland, tasteless, almost chocked on grisly beef. Will never return. And don’t like being called Honey!
