Google maps says open until midnight. Arrived to the store at 11:15 to see that they were closed. Either stay open for your posted hours or change your posted hours. Very annoying

I should've read reviews before ordering. Took forever to order online. Once arrived, vegetables were a remote thought - my dish had only 2 leafy greens + stems. No onions, no any else (except for the 6 prawns). My son had 3 pieces of chopped onion. Not sure why they ask if you'd like less onions or vegetables if they don't include them anyway. Really just a load of poorly sauced carbs (rice or noodles). Get at the grocery store and heat yourself: way better, faster, and less expensive!

I used to love Thai Express but I do not recommend this location. I had to throw away the majority of my meal:

1) Red curry - they stopped adding bamboo shoots and now use baby corn. While ordering the photo clearly shows bamboo shoots and does not mention the change. I was able to eat some of the curry but the flavour was lacking and there was barely any sauce.

2) Shrimp Fresh Roll - I didn't receive my dipping sauce and the roll was incredibly gritty (like sandy). I opened the roll and could see dirt throughout the lettuce.

3) Mini noodle soup - I don't know exactly what happened but I suspect an ingredient got burned during preparation? The soup was a much darker colour than it normally is and tasted really really off (tasted almost like charcoal?).

Customer service was good and I got a gift card for a part of the meal but I would have just preferred a refund since the order was over $40.00.

Never order from there. I’ve given this kingston branch multiple tries since other locations are good and this store has failed my expectations every time. Poor portions, undercooked, over cooked and 0 effort into cooking. Feels like leftover food

Very confused on why General Thai Pineapple has tomato in it. Tomato does not belong there. Mediocre at best

Pad Thai tastes better without eggs.
Spice fries are just really greasy fries with no seasoning.

I’m their customer since 2020 and I always bought chicken pad Thai and recently chicken Thai fried rice! Recently, barely you can find any chicken in your bowl and it’s more rice & vegetables! I don’t wanna pay about $17 for a plate of rice!!
We just decided to not going there anymore! Their food qualities have dropped badly which is unfortunate!

Barely any sauce, was very bland. I ordered medium spice, but because there was almost no sauce, it had no spice. I ordered veg with extra broccoli. I got little baby pieces of broccoli and almost no veg.
I've ordered before and had much better food. I'm so disappointed.

Weird employees, I wish I could rate "zero" for sevice and food. I paid $36.48 for JUST the pad thai and it was very small and clearly didn't have the additions I paid for. Please see my photos.

Ordered pad thai and Pad see ew through door dash. Both with extra veg and extra protein...Which I paid for.

Employee called me and told me "her manager would be FURIOUS if they fulfilled this order because it had 4 times the meat and veg".
I told her I could just cancel the order... she said they'd just take them off instead lol..

Very strange that they offer extra ingredients in their food and then call to say they can't fulfill it ? Will not be ordering from here again. The Thai Express at the RioCan center is 100x better!
