It was a bad experience to never go again. The manager kicks us out.
After waiting more than an hour for the meal and one of the dishes arrived cold and flavorless, the waitress asked us if we wanted the bill twice, and we said no. Then the manager came (I don't know what) to ask again if we want the bill. At the insistence and uncomfortableness of the situation, we said yes.
After paying and continuing to talk, we ordered a couple more drinks and noticed that all the tables had candles except ours. So we had to request a candle in three opportunities.
It's not worth buying sangria it is 80% ice
Update July 25th.
The person who responded to the review, I don't know if they are confused or missing the truth to clean up the negative review. I've never been to that place. Only 1 of the 4 people who were there had gone on one occasion. They lack customer attention. They could take a course at least since an apology is not even read in their response.

Lovely, welcoming, dog and kid friendly! The drinks, food and service were excellent and we felt well taken care of especially when they brought a water dish for our dog. Would be a really nice spot in the evening too!

What a fantastic place. So happy to have found a nice place to dine outdoors, excellent food, drink, staff and even heater to keeps us warm on a chilly evening.

I used to come here semi-regularly (although we frequently had to wait quite a while for our food) before learning the owner doesn't treat their wait staff well; in particular, I was appalled to learn that he doesn't allow his supervisors to collect tips when serving tables (even though they're literally acting as a server) but instead keeps their tips. Never went back after learning that.
Great hidden spot in downtown Kingston. Staff were lovely and friendly. The fact that we can take our pup with us to dinner is fantastic.
Vegetarian options: Menu options were varied and something for everyone. They also aren’t apposed to making adjustments to the menu.

Amazing staff and service! The manager came to us and asked we were looked after. Was very friendly and also gave us some good recommendations. Our server was super friendly too.

Friendly service, great atmosphere, located on a quiet street in the heart of downtown. The food was fresh and arrived in a timely manner.
Vegetarian options: I loved the poached pear salad. Great vegetarian option, fresh and great flavors.

Love the Backyard Patio.
The food was good but not very hot, and I had to wait a while to get it. Most likely due to another party of 20 being there. Had the prime beef and was cooked a little too much for medium rare. Creme brule for dessert and was literally only 1/16th inches deep and runny. Wouldn't recommend ordering it. Nice place and service, though.

Off the beaten path & tucked behind building on Queen St but lovely outdoor venue. Would highly recommend on warm afternoons/evenings. Dog friendly.
