Me and my friend went to brass and we both ordered the candy apple cocktail each. When we drank it there was no alcohol to taste. We confronted two waitresses about this. The first waitress said that the alcohol would be at the bottom of the drink and that she saw the bartenders pour the alcohol at the bar. The second waitress (that was serving us) also said that the alcohol would also be at the bottom of the drink, but she mumbled and stuttered saying this like she was being confronted and nervous. We both finished the drinks completed and tasted no alcohol at the bottom. Neither of us have had a drink all night and all we tasted was pure apple juice. They were both $11.99. Our drinks honestly just tasted like pure juice and it was a waste of money tbh. As a bar that’s in the centre of downtown we expected way more. As customers, expect better service to be honest, it it just sucks when we confronted them that there was no alcohol in our drink, they just said it was at the bottom (which it wasn’t hahahaha) The shots were good but that was expected. The servers were just plainly rude and didn’t care what we had to say just because we looked young ( maybe potentially because they thought we were young and didn’t think we would notice)

It was a delivery. I had grilled cheese with tomato soup and fries, and mozzarella sticks. The soup was good. The rest was too salty and all tasted the same. The mozzarella sticks were made with grocery store cheese sticks. I was looking forward to the sourdough bread, it all tasted the same, like old grease. Probably won't order again but I liked the menu item choice. A normally good vegetarian choice but it didn't taste like it was from a dedicated grill. Thankfully I'm not vegetarian.

We had to ask to be seated. No checkup for 30 minutes until we got our food. We asked for refills and I only got one. The staff was cold, and the food was okay.

Visited with two friends. We got one round of shots and two pitchers of beer. We were barely finished our second pitcher when we started thinking about heading out, so I ran to the washroom before we were about to ask for our bills. I was greeted by two staff members waiting for me outside of the washroom, telling me that I was getting kicked out for being too drunk. I was barely even buzzed.
I've been to pubs and *actually* gotten tipsy and drunk before, so I generally understand when it's time to go home. This was the weirdest, most bizarre pub experience in my life. Won't be going back. Weirdly hostile atmosphere apparently.
Horrible place, rude staff, dirty keg lines, overpriced frozen food, bad management and they got rid of the big buck hunter arcade game. Such a disappointment of a place
