For such a talked about place in town I am taken back by how awful the food was.
The fries where cold, the portions small (for this cuisine) and the burger I ordered was nothing to write home about.
I usually appreciate a twist on the good old fashioned fry but cold over cooked hickory sticks was not what I was expecting.
Service was slow despite the fact it was not busy.
I can not see myself recommending this place.

The live band was fun and engaging but the service was sub par at best. Served a drink with no alcohol in it, the brought over a 1oz shot but charged for a 1.5oz and then lied and said it was 1.5oz when it was clearly a 1oz shot glass. Messed up multiple other drink orders as well, to the point they were un-drinkable being pure lemon juice with no alcohol. Probably won’t return because of the service.

My wife arranged to have my 50th Surprise Birthday Party at the Buckle last night. What an amazing experience!! The food was excellent, the staff and service were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The venue and atmosphere was perfect for a private party. From the music and karaoke to the dancing, everyone had a great time. Thank you to Jay, Lauren and family for an amazing time and great memories.

Very fun and loud! It was a very touching evening, everyone did everything from the heart, the artists and singers performed, and the audience supported them and sang and danced with them.

Where do I even start, the staff know how to make you feel welcome as soon as I walked in I was immediately very impressed, the burger was perfect the server was a sweet heart as well as the bartender, I'm gonna have to come by again for the music, smitty so proud of ya buddy

Service is the a absolute worst in Kingston. Waiting for 1 drink takes about 20 minutes...food even longer. They have no smile or anything empathy. Just the absolute worst
I’ll give 4 stars because the place is actually great and has an awesome vibe - we genuinely had such a great time at karaoke! The only thing I can say is the server was VERY unpleasant - she seemed annoyed with us from the minute we asked for the empty booth. I understand people have bad days and maybe that was the case but the eye rolling, not paying attention, seeming annoyed when we asked questions - just didn’t sit right with any of us. Great place but maybe upgrade the servers

Decent place with a good atmosphere but its hard to get service. The girls care more about serving the cute guys with moustaches than the other customers. I had to get up from my table to get a drink and the table beside me full of guys had their drinks consistently filled…. You can sit or have service but not both. Other than that great atmosphere and i think they mean well for the kingston community but the service is not good
