TLDR; Outrageous wait times. Do not go here, make A better ceaser at home.
Came in at around 1 for lunch waited about 20 minutes to get our orders in( 2 Caesars, 2 tacos, and fries). then 40 minutes to receive our first round of drinks and any water (it's 26° out might I add). another hour and an additional ceaser, meanwhile other people are receiving food that sat down before us. When we finally receive our food, everythings cold and stale. I will not be back. I'm a pretty patient person, but it felt like we were stranded.
The service and atmosphere is excellent but your caesars are mid to poor. We live in Barrie and go to 1858 Caesar Bar in Collingwood which is top notch so we know how it should be done. I would do more market research before continuing to operate like you are and work on garnish freshness. I had the chicken/waffle one and the waffle was fried but soaked in oil. The chicken was also cooked to absolute death. The concept and vibes are good so I hope you figure it out.
Made a reservation for 9 so they would be aware
Indoor 3 tables occupied
Patio was quite full
Food took really long time / they apologized twice
7/9 orders were wrong
5 were cold
We just gave up
Hate to be a complainer but no one really owned what was going on
As we paid, she again apologized, “we said it really honestly wasn’t a good experience.” They asked us if we wanted a gift card and we said no. I didn’t penalize the server, she was trying.
As we were walking out, 3 servers standing talking said “don’t worry people always complain”
I never asked for anything free, we tipped our server and are not very picky but this was a terrible experience
Terrible service, we were basically stranded and ignored. The penne Alfredo was absolutely disgusting- the shrimp was mush and super fishy and the Alfredo sauce was tasteless and sweet for no reason. The Caesar salad was basic and the spinach dip was ok but the tortilla chips were stale as hell. Definitely will not be retuning.
Great wings! Excellent service.
It would be fine with the food and patio if it had nice background music and not the shitty live bands they hire. The live bands ruin the whole experience. The terrible live music destroys any effort put into the restaurants other efforts. Truly awful grinding noise on your ears while you try and eat or have a drink and/or conversation. Lots of drunk people leaving later at night to get into the drivers seat and drunk drive home or elsewhere.
Enjoyed another Pride parade from the patio! Had a couple drinks - Charcuterie Caesar, Mimosa’s, and a special Pride drink-then enjoyed the waffles and an incredibly delicious Brunch Burger!
Definitely will be back. Thanks for the service Chelsea!

Way too much pickle juice in the caesar's. The target market for this restaurant is the post secondary crowd. Fun food, but nothing to write home about. There was a live band when we left, but they were not to my taste.
My wife, a few friends and I visited the restaurant a little while ago and had a little hiccup with our experience. However, I was notified immediately when I wrote a review.
I would like to say that the management team was so helpful. We revisited the restaurant just last evening. The experience we received was top notch. I can't thank Madison enough for following through and giving us an exceptional experience.
The food was amazing and service couldn't be any better. We enjoyed this visit so much that we stayed for a few hours.
Thank you Madison for a great evening. You are wonderful to work with.
Keep up the great work. We will be back.

The service was great. I only came in for a few drinks and was amazed at how much goes into making even just one Caesar.

Net-net: Expensive. Avoid this place. Service is bad. Food is average at best, and they overcharge.
Monday evening, a lot of other local places were closed, looked interesting from the outside. Should have stopped there!
It was not busy at all, 5 tables. Seated rather quickly. Menus on table good!
Then.................it took awhile before waitress came to get drinks and apps order.
Then it took another long while to get 4 drinks. Again, 5 tables. I am from Montreal and we are used to "casual" service, but the waitress was chatty Cathy and yacking it up with a couple at the bar. So eventually drinks came....
Apps when they came out were good. Bruchetta did come out wet, the cook should have grilled the bread before putting the toppings on, then flash heated under the salamander. But overall an ok start. However the silverware and napkins were not on the table, bit of a delay but they came with some water at the table.
Then the long wait came....waitress chatted with bar patrons, then two women came in who the waitress knew, she seated them in the back and sat down with them and chatted.....and chatted.
I finally had to get up, approach the waitress (she saw me get up and shot over from the chatty table) and ask for a second round of drinks, refill of the water jug (no service pours here) and ask about the food.
Then another wait......drinks come out. No food.
Waitress saunters to the kitchen and food arrives. We had the vodka gnocchi and tomato bowtie pasta. All 4 plates had been sitting under a heat lamp. Gnocchi had a decent rosé sauce, but definitely not a vodka sauce. Sun dried tomato bowtie with chicken came out oily with no tomato taste, and the chicken was dried out. Not even worthy to take home.
My daughters ordered mock drinks, but we were charged full price for drinks.
When my partner explained to the waitress that her plate was oily and dry, the waitress did offer to replace it, but we would still be waiting for that to be served if we took her up on it. Waitress simply took the plate off of the bill.
Clear the staff is not motivated and this place will close soon if this is the norm.
Avoid....there are much better places to go in Kingston!

Enjoyed my visit a couple of weeks ago. Good and punctual service even when it was busy. Nice to see a live musical performance as well.
