Absolutely love this place. All the food is amazing. Staff is even better. Amazing value, and huge portions. I’m so picky when it comes to poutine and they make it perfect every time. Definitely worth the stop. Follow the page and watch for postings about closures during off season. Even when I showed up and they were trying to close early they literally reopened just to make me a poutine. These guys are amazing.

I love poutine and will try everywhere to find the best ones. Saw the cauldrons photos and definitely had to add it to my list of poutines to try.The owners are super friendly. Didnt take long to get my food and portion sizes are very good for the price. Definitely fill their containers.Now the poutine itself. They put like wax paper you’d see in burger containers under the poutine for some reason I don’t understand. I found my fries and cheese curds stuck to it causing me to be picking paper out of my food. The paper would rip apart with my fries/curd. The fries themselves were a good crisp fry and the cheese curds were yummy too. The gravy wasn’t a hit with me and I found they could have put more gravy for the portion size.Overall wasn’t a bad poutine. I think they should get rid of the wax paper and add a bit more gravy and that would bump this poutine up to the range of a poutine I’d come for often. I would come back again in the future, I hear their burgers are a must try so will have to try those next time.

Driving by and noticed the flags out front so decided to give it a shot. My wife had the Chicken Parm Poutine and I had the Hot Dog Poutine Combo, both were AMAZING!!!. Sometimes portions at chip truck leave something to be desired, not here, BRING YOUR APPETITE!!!. Will definetly be back. Best Poutine I have had.

Hubby and I tried both the classic and the vampire slayer poutine and they were both fantastic! Easily in my top 3 poutines. The fries were fresh and cooked perfectly, generous amount of curd, and the gravy was nice light with just a touch of smokiness, it wasn't too rich or salty. The house made garlic sauce confirmed I am absolutely not a vampire!
We cannot wait to come back! Great food and reasonable prices!

Probably some of the best food, best prices, freshest taste i have ever put in my mouth, the mac and cheese bite poutine is one of the best portion and freshest taste i have had really recommended! I've been here several times already and each time has been an incredible experience. Their fresh hand pressed burgers are a great size and the quality is above and beyond, flavorful and perfectly cooked. The quality and portion sizes of all their food is top notch, well worth the price (which isn't expensive might I add). This food truck can be hard to spot, but it's worth finding. I highly recommend you eat here and tell everyone you know about it! Some of the best food in Kingston for sure!

Their philly steak and cheese poutine wow wow wow , fresh burgers 'the BEST EVER' very good menu. The prices are less then the gressy takeouts. Truly the BEST. You will not regret it. I'm addicted
