Cute little chip truck, great location. Food is good service is a bit lacking, mostly bc they get busy and a bit flustered. It's not very comfortable to sit with the sun beaming on you. More shaded seating would be great!!

Easily the best fries in town! Fresh cut with a dash of flaked salt, and they are quite generous with the portions! The fries and poutine are my favorite thing to get from here. The burgers are great too! The service is also great too-everyone is super kind! 10/10 recommend.

I’ll never crave a burger from a fast food restaurant again! Not after trying a Country Cabin burger at The great Canadian Chip Hut. Was initially impressed at how it looked even better than the picture. Then with the very first bite, I was amazed at the flavour! Just like homemade! Hands down, the best burger I’ve ever had, either at a food truck or restaurant. Also, the fries and coleslaw were not merely sides, but also so delicious on their own. Top it off with friendly, efficient staff, and you have an experience that can’t be beat. Definitely our go-to from now on. Looking forward to trying more from their amazing menu!
