One of the best pub experiences in eastern Ontario for all seasons. Historic building with a charming and cozy interior it also possesses a fantastic gastropub menu and plentiful taps. Well worth remembering if in Kingston.
My husband and I are still sitting at the restaurant, and hands down, it's the best fish and chips! The tartare sauce is fresh, I think homemade, and the fries are hand-cut, not frozen. I got the pork tenderloin sandwich, which was very good, with a huge side salad. Perfectly poured Guinness—tasty! You can feel that they are rigorous in cleaning the beer machine! No time for taking pictures, sadly; we were too excited to try the food.

If you're looking for a relaxed pub with fantastic service and the best wings in town, this is the place. This has been one of my stomping grounds for the last 10 years or so and will continue to be one of my favourites for years to come. Tony and Rhiannon are always very welcoming and will make sure you have a good experience. Definitely worth checking out!
