The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Kingston

Service, for and restaurant is always amazing. Only complaint is that it was freezing cold in the restaurant and our whole table froze throughout the meal.

5 family members went to celebrate a bday. Romeo was our waiter and he was excellent. So attentive our drinks/water were filled before empty. He explained all our questions perfectly. The food was delicious. We all ordered different meals and everyone loved theirs. We will definitely return

We have dined at TheKeg since it first opened in Kingston. This visit had more problems than usual. No mushrooms with my classic. Over charged for non alcoholic beverage. Both of these were corrected by our waiter after We noticed. This unfortunately is becoming the normal. Regularly we are charged for things we don't receive or are brought the wrong meals. About 1 out of 3 visits we discover when we get home that the Free desert is on our bill. Don't get me started about the ridiculously hot Horseradish that is served. I bring my own. We may not be back.

It was my birthday on wed aug 13/2025, went to the keg with my daughter and husband had a great meal and great service. My husband was the only one that had Cesar salad and he got quite sick .

Parking at this keg location is absolutely horrendous. Not knowing the town super well the one ways and the zero parking.

We Celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary with two dear friends along with their 27th Anniversary too. Our Server was very pleasant and professional. She made our night. I believe her name was Ashley.

Our appointment was for 4 PM, it took 45 minutes to seat us. But in the meantime they were seating walk ins right away. They used the excuse we want our hostess to get to know thier table. Really those seated ahead of us were getting serviced the same time we were seated. I had to leave and go back to put more money in the meter. Great way to start our 25th wedding anniversary. Our wine was sour & had a vinegar task. Which was replaced , but no mgm came to the table to discuss this.

Excellent waiter Andrew and the food was cooked to perfection. Always a bit loud, but it was a spectacular evening !

I visited with a friend who had never been to The Keg, never had steak, and never had wine before. She was so pleased with her experience she had to tell the manager, Adam, how well our server, Trevor, was with all of his suggestions. My friend loved her steak, and the wine pairing. We ate like kings and felt like kings. The server was amazing and the chef even brought our food. They could tell we were happy right away. 10 out of 10 for everything! Would highly recommend!

My dad and I came for a dinner night together, our go-to spot when we are coming for a reliably delicious meal. The service was wonderful, the food was every bit as amazing as we'd remembered and hoped, and we will be back in the future for sure. :)
