We dined at The Keg while we were visiting Kingston for our first wedding anniversary. Connor our waiter was great. Informative and helpful with the menu and very attentive, never had to look too far for him. Food was delicious as always. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely dine at this location again.

The overall experience was ok but my husband ordered prime rib and I ordered Filet Mignon and we both received cold garlic mashed potatoes. They brought us new ones and they were better. Then I realized that my steak which was supposed to be medium rare was almost blue. The manager took my plate promising to replace it and when it came back the potatoes and vegetables were new but they had re-cooked my steak! I would never re-cook steak at home so eating re-cooked steak that cost me $52.00 felt like a slap in the face.

Justin, our server, was absolutely phenomenal!! Steak was overcooked, received beets when I specified that I did not like them, and the mushroom rice was polluted with onions which unfortunately is not advertised. First time ever (and I go quite a lot) that my experience at The Keg was poor. Owner was quick to bring me another side and offered a new steak as well. We were also given a complimentary dessert. Service was 11/10, unfortunately I cannot say the same about the food this time around. Given this was my first negative experience, I will certainly return as I'm sure it was a one off!

The staff were all so friendly with big greetings and smiles. Food was delicious and accommodating some changes. Our waitor, Justin Price was outstanding and found out that we had similar connection growing up in a small town. Totally enjoyed our date night out in Kingston after driving from Nova Scotia. Thank ypu to The Keg and staff ❣️

Keg ran out prime rib which is what we were looking forward to. We waited 75 minutes for our food after ordering. One tenderloin was overly peppered. Manager, Jess, was very helpful regarding our experience. It was disappointing.

I recently visited The Keg while recovering from an injury and on crutches. The host was incredibly thoughtful and seated us near the entrance so I wouldn't have to walk too far, which I truly appreciated. We were there to celebrate my partner's birthday, and as always, The Keg delivered a wonderful experience. We both had the Keg burgers, and they were absolutely delicious! The Keg has always been our go-to spot for special occasions, and they never disappoint. The service is consistently top-notch, and you can tell the staff genuinely enjoy working there—it was wonderful hearing from our servers how well they're treated by the company. That made the experience feel even more special.

Our experience was excellent, our server was excellent and very efficient! However we did find the music in the restaurant very loud. We asked our server to see about having it turned down but unfortunately it never was. She had tried so it was not her fault.

Great dinner on the patio at The Keg Kingston. Beautiful late summer evening, made it in time to order from the Happy Hour menu. Server was attentive, friendly and personable. Food was great but as with everything else these days was pricy

Our waiter Troy was fantastic, how ever the steaks were not very tender I had the filet mignon 7 oz and it wasn't great! My husband had the 10 oz and his was also not great, the kids both had the ribeye special feature and that was good! It was also very expensive it was my. Birthday and I had high hopes but left disappointed

We recently visited and while we had a good time overall, it wasn't quite the same as our previous visits. The blackened chicken was noticeably saltier than usual, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, we asked for barbecue sauce, but it was unfortunately forgotten by our server and only brought to us at the end of the meal; by then, we had already finished. On the physical side, our booth had some visible wear, with the leather seat showing some damage. It would be great to see this addressed as it did affect the overall ambiance. However, on a positive note, the other dishes we tried were fantastic! The pistachio crusted oven-baked salmon was absolutely delicious; perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Despite a few hiccups, the food quality was still on point, and we're hopeful for an even better experience next time.

Our server Justin provided very balanced, and informative service. The food was prepared just as we expected. Value of the meals are not ideal for the quality and quantity of the food provided. The restaurant decor is dated and due for a makeover soon.

Very disappointed in the keg. I used to love it but it's gone way downhill. People are too close together. My meal in particular was way over done. Had to be under the hot lights too long. Won't be going back🙁

Husbands steak was very well done but he ordered medium. My steak was extremely stringy. Service for drinks was slow but waiter was friendly.
