The head chef at lazy has absolute no respect for anyone. Deserves to be fired or recieve some form of education on how to talk to people. No worker should ever yell at someone!

If you are not in first year and don’t have TAMs then do not come here. Prices have been doubled in the last 4 years, food has gone down in quality. While some of the workers are friendly, average wait time during peak hours is up to 30 minutes. The coffee is terrible.My biggest gripe with this place is the price. I paid 18 dollars for a foot long sub the other day, a sandwich that had maybe 4 pieces of thinly sliced turkey on it.Do not come here if you are not on the meal plan.

If you have a TAM then I would say the food is worth it, however, the food is very dependent on who's making it. Sometimes it's bad, sometimes it's good. The place in general is fun to hang our at though with a pool table and a couple of foosball tables.
Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian options if needed
Dietary restrictions: All food will have a symbol next to it alerting if it's vegan, halal, or vegetarian. They will also note if the food contains any allergens. However, they cannot custom make your food to meet other dietary restrictions.
Parking: Can only park after 5PM or before 7AM and on weekends unless you have a Queen's permit. If you park in these times, it's free
Kid-friendliness: No kids menu, but you can buy smaller food items, as well as an ice-cream stand at the front
Wheelchair accessibility: To the right of the stairs at the front, there is another door that you can enter through that is at ground level

Been coming here most days to use up TAMS, but it's honestly really disgusting. The Chefs don't clean their hands and use same pair of gloves for basically everything (Including scooping your fries into the container, or opening bags, picking things from the ground etc.) They're also extremely slow so I'd definitely recommend using the mobile app.When checking out be sure to never tuck anything under your arm or into a side pocket because the demon lady who works at cash (white, with brown hair & older lady) will attack you like she did me. She walked by me and say "hey buddy you better be paying for that right?" I said "Oh yeah of course" because I pay thousands of dollars to go to school here, why would I steal a $5 drink? Then she gathered other staff members began to point at me with them (in front of all the other students.) This was extremely embarrassing, so I took the bottle back out of my side pocket (Most of my hands were full at this point) and struggled to show them the drink to make sure they saw it, so that they knew I would pay for it. The lady was being extremely rude, so when paying for everything I said jokingly "don't worry! I won't steal it" to which she yelled at me angrily saying that a lot of people steal so I just kinda walked off.I realize that a lot of people steal from many places, but this doesn't mean you have to treat every customer like a shoplifter. She was also being extremely rude to her coworkers, saying they were dressed inappropriately (When she was just wearing the normal black uniform like everyone else) and yelling at her in front of everyone waiting to pay for their food. I can't help but also acknowledge that from what was seen, the only people she targetted were people of colour. (Including me)I had used to come here almost every day but now I definitely won't be coming back. Not only this but I overheard many other students talking about how she also had yelled at them too!The whole situation was extremely sad and upsetting. It really says something that all the good reviews are from 6+ years ago...AVOID THIS PLACE

- Disgustingly unhygienic. Film of oil/grease on every container i’ve received food in.- Horrible service. Line chefs move like snails, laughing and making jokes with each other whilst students wait in 30 minute lines. Many of them are visibly under the influence. When you are starving and have class in 20 minutes but need to watch this scene going on while waiting for your food, you don’t have the best experience.- Good food. If you can get it to your table without the greasy box slipping out of your hand.Overall, do not recommend.
