Probably the worst dinning experience ever.We went to the restaurant for dinner because we had tickets for a show upstairs. (Absolutely unmaintained as well).Our server went above and beyond for us. She was very apologetic for things she had no control over.We had reservations for 6:30pm.We ordered fairly quickly.Food arrived at 7:30.My husband only ordered soup. It was cold.Will not be returning.

I have been down this road with the mansion before and I’m sorry I came back, the server was nice but the bartender and kitchen were so slow it was almost criminal. The food after a wait of over an hour was awful, truly horrible. It wasn’t even busy bar was completely dead. Can’t believe I came back, won’t happen again.

Went to see the most recent A Short Walk To Pluto show. Arrived early, so we had a beer in the rec room. Took close to 10mins for someone to take our order at the bar. Multiple people walked by us, probably servers, so i understand that part, but why were the bartenders not there? And they kept leaving. Very bizarre for how busy it was.

My three girlfriends and I were at the Mansion for a Christmas get together early December. It was my first time there, but definitely not my last !!! We honestly loved it ! The food was delicious (I had the Mansion Mac n'Cheese), and the atmosphere was great. The bartender working that night (I think his name was Omar), was so super friendly and talked to us every time we needed a drink. He had us laughing, and made us feel really welcomed that night.We ended up cancelling the rest of our plans that night and just stayed for a couple of hours longer since we were enjoying ourselves. If you haven't been to this place, you definitely have to go!!

A year ago, I would have given 5 stars.Ever since they have replaced all of their dedicated and lovely staff roughly a year ago, the service, food, and atmosphere has deteriorated drastically. You used to be able to be known by name and they would know your order by memory and have great conversations with the staff.Now, the current manager, Omar, has run the place into the ground. Handling security situations very unprofessionally and incorrectly, extremely poor service with over hour waits and unfriendly staff. If you are looking for a warm and friendly bar environment, this isn't the place.

Went here for dinner with a few friends recently and my only complaint was the fries I got with my burger. They were quite soggy but I was too hungry to care and they tasted fine. The burger was really good albeit a little over priced but all in all it's a nice place to go have dinner with a group of friends. Not too loud, the lighting is dark (which I like but you might not) and the vibe is pretty chill if I'm being honest. Service was a 10/10 no complaints whatsoever there. Honestly I would go there again every now and then.Parking: Prolly enough spots for about 5 cars on site but there is plenty of street parking.

I think it’s about time food and safety come to this establishment.Here’s a picture of another cockroach sitting next to our table. I can only imagine what the kitchen infestation is like if these bugs are coming out into the dining area.The service is absolutely sub par, we’ve been sitting here for close to 2hrs now, with, again, SUB PAR service.I had to go up to the bar after being seated for a while to ask for drinks, then another time to order, then another time to ask for condiments and side plates.It took an hour and a half for the food to come out, and the establishment was only 1/4 full….What happened Mansion? Is it time to close up and move on? Or do your job and hire staff to serve the population that pays for your disgusting roach infested food?Avoid this place at all cost. Spend your money, literally, anywhere else in this town.*edit*Literally just had the worst waitress in the world walk by our table, everything stacked, we’re done, it’s cleaned off to the side and she walked past, like, we don’t need a bill.You could literally dine and dash so easily in this place. Enjoy the free food and drink because no one cares if you’re here or not. #MansionSucks
