Waitress serving us on Thursday (long brown hair and white vest) was super kind and great! There was a show and it was so busy but she held down the fort so well. Also the bouncer (brown hair mullet) was super friendly! Kindest bouncer I ever encountered

I haven't been in years but I'm glad my schedule allowed a visit. I had a couple of lovely local hazy IPA's and a bacon butty. Even had a laugh with regulars. Felt like home.

Kinda an older crowd, but awesome service, friendly staff and very tasty food and cocktails
Our waitress Erika was brilliant. Despite a massive pile on of customers all at once she was calm and humorous. She checked in with us frequently and we never had to wait to refill our glasses or order dessert. The steak was cooked exactly to my specifications. The place was packed with people watching the Arsenal Man U football game and there was barely any room to manoeuvre let alone run back and forth to the kitchen and the bar. The best place to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Worst service I've ever experienced. Arrived and were seated quickly and given menus. Ordered quickly, just two breakfasts of toast, eggs meat. 20 minutes after we've ordered a man is seated near us at the bar. 10 minutes after that he receives his breakfast order, exact same as our orders, but we're still without food. I ask the server for the bill for the drinks as there's no way im waiting a minute longer after this. The server then starts to argue that the kitchen is just slow today. I point out the man who arrived after we had ordered already had his. She tells me she doesn't work in the kitchen and didn't know why I expected her to know where our food was.
YOU TOOK BOTH OUR ORDERS, YOU CAN SEE US IN PLAIN VIEW. How inept are you at your job that you can't recognize your table has been waiting 30 minutes. Didn't check in with us at all during that time, and now you're giving me attitude? The bar tender woman in the pink sweatshirt honestly has turned me off of ever returning and I'll be excited to share this story of the cities worst server.
Still floored that a person like this manages to hold a job and it says a lot about management to keep her around. Embarassing.
