Great service. Nice ambience. We ordered Wygu beef mushroom burger & chicken burger and onion rings. Highlight was onion ring excellent crispy. Seem to have freshly prepared. Unfortunately burgers were cold like they were sitting in kitchen for some time. Fried Chicken burger was terrible. Chicken patty was dry and seemed to be old stock lying in freezer. White bun eggy and were on sweet side. Went with great expectation but were disappointed.

Great food. Not my kind of atmosphere to eat in. All I smelt was cigarette smoke from the public outside of the restaurant and across the street. The food was really good. The first waiter forgot about our appetizer but the next server made it up to us and was very kind.

Wendy’s makes a better burger and fries. I had takeout.
Even with a 2 for 1 special, my meal was not worth the money. Most of it went in the garbage.

We were the only ones in the restaurant! On May 12th. Late mother's day celebration! Food and service was amazing!

Great burger spot in downtown Kingston. Chill vibe and friendly service.
Tried The Tragically Maple – 10/10, super tasty and really unique.
Sweet Chika Chika Boom Boom – 9/10, decent yet typical fried chicken burger.
Fries as a side were a downside – not crunchy and a bit disappointing.
In general, will definitely come back for more burgers!

Food was delicious. Such a huge selection difficult to choose. I had the chowder of onions rings the best onion rings I have ever had despite it being extremely busy with only two servers on. We have great service. We definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely worst service i've ever recieved anywhere. 30m to get a beer. I asked dor an 18oz, got 12. It's not even busy. Wait staff just standing around. No reason for that poor service whatsoever.

I had an amazing experience at The Works! I ordered a burger loaded with bacon, pepper jack cheese, jalapeños, and mushrooms. It was incredibly delicious and juicy—every bite was perfection. They even let me sample all their sauces, which added so much variety to the meal. The poutine fries were fantastic too—the gravy was piping hot and melted all the cheese curds perfectly, making them nice and ooey-gooey. Overall, a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommend!
