I’ve always enjoyed visiting Tim Hortons for a quick coffee and snack. The service is usually fast, and it’s a great spot to start the day or take a short break.
On my recent visit, I was especially impressed by Sandeep, one of the staff members. She was very kind, attentive, and professional while taking my order. Even though the store was quite busy, she served everyone with a smile and made the experience pleasant. Sandeep truly went above and beyond, and her positive attitude brightened my day. Thank you, Sandeep, for your excellent customer service!

A member of 1 Engineer Support Unit approached me as I was leaving Tim's, grabbed me by the shoulder aggressively, and accused me of spitting on his truck

As for the food and coffee, it is good quality like any other Timmie’s. What sets this Tim Hortons apart from any other is the polite staff. Always courteous and respectful. Great service

Obviously they are incredibly slow and inefficient like every other Tim Hortons has become in recent years.
But main issue here is that 2/3 public bathrooms are out of service and have been for almost 2 months. I have looked inside both of the closed bathrooms and they are clean and functional, just a hole in the ceiling with an apparent leak… no water on the floor at all.
They are keeping two of them exclusive for staff or they are just lazy and do not want to clean the bathrooms regularly.
People really need to start boycotting this sorry excuse for a “Canadian company”

Posting because it’s becoming a daily issue. The coffee is just not tasting good anymore. Not sure who is responsible for making the coffee or if the machine is broken, but the many times I stop to get coffee 1/5 times it will taste good. Often time it tastes burnt, bitter and just not the usual Tim Hortons coffee flavor. I usually just order a standard regular coffee and it tastes different every time, there isn’t consistency anymore. Not sure where it’s going wrong, but it’s a shame. I often feel the urge to go back and ask for a new cup, but I’m usually driven off by then and the line up is long or don’t want to waste energy. That’s all, service is decent and employees are nice, just coffee quality isn’t great and food could be fresher.
