Great service and helpful staff!
We had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons thanks to the amazing staff, especially Khushi. She gave us great food suggestions and made sure everything was just right. The service was warm, attentive, and very professional. It really made our visit enjoyable. Keep up the great work!

To anyone reading this, please cease and desist going to this location for anything you wish to consume. There is a post on the Napanee community group, with a photo of an emptied coffee cup with two used Band-Aids at the bottom of it. This is completely disgusting and absolutely unacceptable! This place needs to be shut down permanently! These people don’t care about the quality of what they are selling, as long as they get the money. Zero safety standards. The people don’t wear gloves like they should be. Utterly disgusting. Charges should be laid for this.

It's actually embarrassing how poorly managed this location is. I've been to dozens of Tim Hortons across the country and worked or managed my fair share of them, and this one might actually take the cake for worst managed Tim Hortons. All I wanted was one coffee - the drive thru was backed up practically to the street, so I went into the storefront. But I made sure to figure out what car I would have been behind if I went into the drive thru, just in case. I was the only person in the storefront, there was no line. And yet, by the time I got served, the truck I had marked had already been served and left. I waited no less than seventeen and a half minutes for a large coffee. Genuinely embarrassing - this failure of service would get people fired at better Tim Hortons locations, so clearly the issue isn't with the staff, it's with the management who allows the standard of service to be so low. 1 star is actually too high of a rating for this location, the management should be ashamed.
