12 minutes, 2 lattes. That was it. No one in line in the store, no one ahead of us in the drivethru. Don't order from this store if you are ever on a schedule, this is the slowest Tims in Kingston no matter the time of day.

I'm here every morning and I'm just so appreciative of the staff here. They're great at what they do and the service is always fantastic even when they're swamped. Really the best Tim's crew I've seen. ?❤️

I've regularly been stopping here for my morning coffee, breakfast and the occasional lunch. Always have excellent service, never an issue with food! Would recommend this Tim Horton as best in Kingston! Shout out to Amrinder as well who always has a smile at the deli counter!

Take your business elsewhere, preferably to an establishment that hires locally instead of importing Indian foreign workers. Disturbingly, I saw one of these staff members exit the washroom, still wearing gloves, and they proceeded to assemble food with those same gloves. The staff here are decidedly incompetent and unhygienic -- English is a challenge for some of them too.

To start, don’t reply if it’s the same automated message. This may be the worst location in the city. I work just down the street from this location, so I’m there pretty often atleast 3 days out of the week, and every single time I have been there in the past 2 months, they have managed to get my order wrong. It could be just me in line at 7am and they will forget my coffee with my order, or could be at 12 noon and they could not even heat up the spinach bites that I ordered, they just throw them in the box FROZEN. They gave me donut which I don’t eat anyway. Which happened 3 days in a row, at this point I expect something to go wrong with my order, and just expect to get a donut after every time I go there now. What is the hiring system like? Shouldn’t one show competence in order to provide customer service? Not sure nowadays. Just be aware of what you’re doing lol,

This Tim Hortons does not follow the cream cheese to bagel ratio protocol. If you're expecting a happy wife happy life morning, expect disappointment, use the scoop to it's full potential. Huge mistake.... HUGE...

The worst service I have ever received every single day at this Tim Hortons . I also will not be contacting your guest care team. It is no use either.
The staff are very polite and professional. However, I had to remind them that I ordered through the app, before they completed the order.
