Jesus Christ I have no idea what happened to this place but I have gone here a few times and consistently the male workers at the Drive Thru have had some of the rudest and downright appalling behaviour I have witnessed in Kingston. At least make the food worth it to endure long line ups and abysmal service.

They could care less about serving people in the drive thru.. only come here if you’re willing to be late. They only serve one person at a time in the drive thru. But I guess you should expect that from a “Canadian company” with no Canadians working there…

I’ve always enjoyed visiting Tim Hortons for a quick coffee and snack. The service is usually fast, and it’s a great spot to start the day or take a short break.
On my recent visit, I was especially impressed by Sandeep, one of the staff members. She was very kind, attentive, and professional while taking my order. Even though the store was quite busy, she served everyone with a smile and made the experience pleasant. Sandeep truly went above and beyond, and her positive attitude brightened my day.
