Food is fine so far but honestly if you're on any sort of schedule, don't bother. I remember when Tim Hortons were efficient and had times they had to adhere to for drive thru, gone is that day. Wait over 20 minutes for a coffee and 6 donuts? Ridiculous. Especially since I ordered through the app.

Hi I'm really happy to post this review because Sandeep who working there made my day. It was raining and I'm socked with water face jacket everywhere . Even before taking the order she came to me and tell me to wipe the water using napkins that's a really good customer service ever seen in my life thank you for this beautiful memory thank you again keep it up Sandeep

Makes you sit at the speaker while they make your food so their window times are shorter. Bagels are never cut in half.
