I can’t say enough good things about this Tim Hortons. The staff here go above and beyond to make every visit enjoyable. They’re always friendly, efficient, and attentive, even during the busiest times. The store is exceptionally clean and well-organized, with everything stocked and ready to go.

TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Not sure what the employees here are doing but they got my order wrong, and when I told them they told me I was wrong.
I asked for a French Vanilla with quarter coffee, they gave me Tea with quarter coffee, tasted horrible. When I told them they said I was wrong and had never ordered a French vanilla. Not sure how they could mess up this bad.
And then the audacity to tell me that I have to pay again for new order even though I had only taken 1 sip.
After a bit of fuse they denied me service. Never have I been denied service in Canada my whole life.
I used to love Tim Hortons but I think this franchise is becoming unbearable. It's a shame what Tim Hortons has become in Canada. Singh Hortons
I rarely write reviews but I was utterly embarrassed especially since there were other customers inside the gas station.
We were traveling through Kingston onwards to Montreal. This has left a bitter memory of Kingston.
The employees were South Asian, 1 male (Turban) and 1 female
Oh and none of them were wearing name tags.

This Tim's location ruined my road trip. I asked for a tea and they gave me coffee instead. I went inside to tell them they got the order wrong and instead of being apologetic they seemed offended and told me to get a refund and leave. This was definitely my worst experience at Tim's and think twice before choosing this location.

This place should be shut down! Whomever owns this small franchise boutique... lets all take time for a moment of silence.. this is offically the worse location I've ever visited. Not sure how corporate hasn’t gotten involved.. such a disgrace allowing a train wreck to operate under the tim hortons branding.

i just was there at the drive thru and my friend just ordered a tea which they messed up and gave us the coffee and when we went back instead of even apologizing the person at the drive thru was a bit rude. This is not acceptable at a restaurant and the girl name was NAV it was not a nice experience at all
