Be nice to go into a store where the Staff are ALL speaking English or even French considering those are our languages in Canada. Guys and girls all of same culture give us wierd looks and speak in there language and complain when we order large amounts of Tim Bits which I thought was purpose of store is too sell. Done going there as nothing ever changes with these guys

I have give them this location so many chances to do better but they always disappoint me. I order a chocolate iced cap and i got nutella one. I asked for coffee jelly in my iced cap that all other locations do and i was denied but another day when i asked for the same again i was served. ( double standards!!!!!) they make everything so worse that even the standard drinks doesn’t taste the same. Not happy with this location!!! πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ»

Recently I had ordered a medium steeped tea in drive thru.
The taste of the tea is fine, there was a weird smell coming from the lid. The smell was of a cigarette. The lid was smelling of cigarettes. I presume it's mostly because the person who hands the drive thru order had smoked and never washed their hands, hence the smell.
Try to improve the employee hygiene.

Recently stopped by the drive thru window to pickup some frozen drinks (a frozen lemonade and an iced cappuccino) and saw the person serving the window use the same mixer on both drinks without cleaning in between. Not sure if this is typical for Tim’s restaurants.

There's something wierd about the crew. When a white person arrives, they greet them. When a non white person arrives, they look at them as if the non-white person has a disease or is of lower value.

Kinda tired that they stare at me and hide my order in a corner and then gaze at me hoping that I'll find my order myself behind some counter.
Why can't the crew call my damn name and give me my order in my hand?

Tried the new pizza flatbread. Had the bacon everything one. Ordered to go. I was extremely disappointed. It lacked real pizza flavor, actually pretty bland .It was cold also , now I live 10 mins away. If you are expecting similar to pizzeria flatbread...go to a pizzeria....this item misses the mark.Disappointed on this, not a repeat customer for this item.C.J

Quite possibly my worst experience. Ordered via the kiosk. Turns out they don't actually have any of what we ordered. Ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade "sorry we don't carry that" a grill cheese with bacon " sorry we don't carry that anymore. Forgot about the donut we ordered and apparently we checked off wanting buns which unless it does it automatically I wanted that. Then when I asked for a receipt they said it was too far in the past(20 minutes) to get it printed. Just disappointing experience.
