The employees took 15 minutes to give 2 drinks and a 10 pack of timbits while we were the only people in the store, and forgot the whipped cream for one of the drinks (costed an extra dollar). When we asked, the worker at the front shrugged it off and dismissed us. Brutal

Rosie who works at the cash inside is not the person to have. One of her jobs is to fulfil any mobile orders and CAN NOT do so. I have been going to this location for over 6 years 5 days a week and since Rosie has started working I have never had it ready when I get there. This morning I placed an order at 7:03 am and arrived at 7:23 am and she asked me what I was waiting for. Rosie has no idea when it comes to fulfilling this. Over 20 minutes to make 2 coffee is ridiculous.
