Tried the new pizza flatbread. Had the bacon everything one. Ordered to go. I was extremely disappointed. It lacked real pizza flavor, actually pretty bland .It was cold also , now I live 10 mins away. If you are expecting similar to pizzeria flatbread...go to a pizzeria....this item misses the mark.Disappointed on this, not a repeat customer for this item.C.J

Quite possibly my worst experience. Ordered via the kiosk. Turns out they don't actually have any of what we ordered. Ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade "sorry we don't carry that" a grill cheese with bacon " sorry we don't carry that anymore. Forgot about the donut we ordered and apparently we checked off wanting buns which unless it does it automatically I wanted that. Then when I asked for a receipt they said it was too far in the past(20 minutes) to get it printed. Just disappointing experience.

Nice location to stop in and get your food on the go. Staffs are friendly and courteous. Fully staffed to deal with the influx of customers during the busy times. Clean dine-in environment as well.

Their wait times here are always ridiculous, I could have a full sit-down meal served to me before I can get a coffee here. If it's not staff openly ignoring you, it's the managers distracted texting on their phone instead of helping their staff like good leadership does. Honestly, I've never seen the current "manager" smile at this location, she always looks like this is the last place she wants to be, which makes sense why her staff acts the same. Even the young kid they had before her at least looked happy.Years ago this used to be my favourite location, the staff was friendly, the service was fast and great, the store always went all out for holidays (even Remembrance Day) and the Manger was always on the floor helping (she was quick witted too, which made interactions great!).These days, it seems to only be the older staff that have any kind of training in speed and customer service. Theresa has served me many times with a smile, as well as the tall kid (Zander or Xavier?). The larger male baker is always friendly and full of smiles when I pass by.This store used to be one of the best in the city, and now I think it should be actively avoided. I feel bad for the staff working here, many have so much potential and seemed to have been failed so hard.Parking: Lots of parking, but don't expect to get a close spot during the day, I always have to park behind the building to get a spotWheelchair accessibility: Not the worst, but far from great. Tough to maneuver around and only one handicap parking spot, which is usually occupied

Just a shout out to Sandeep at the centennial drive kingston Ontario location. Such a pleasant woman. Always happy and smiling. A wonderful barista. She was fast and efficient. Got my order right. And always knows my order before I step up to the counter.

This location is the worst for constantly messing up orders. They even tried giving us food someone else touched and took out of the wrapper because they made a mistake in who they handed it out to - which I’m pretty sure is a health code violation.

This is my daily tim hortons. However I am writing this review because I went today March 14th around 3pm, and the young women at the window was super rude no emotion shown, she threw the debit machine at me and grabbed it away from me with my card still in it. That is not great service if you ask Me. I said "have a nice day" trying to be nice, but she responded "yep whatever." After this experience I don't think I will be going to this location again, and I think you should speak to your employees about BASIC customer service skills! :) *this was through drive through service*

My 2 years older son fan of the tim donuts,We visited this location last saturday around 11:30am.We took our food & eat in the restaurant suddenly i noticed inside the restaurant ,one of the employee dipping the donuts into the chocolate but surprisingly he did this without any gloves.Without gloves is this healthy way?!! Definitely i’ll never buy the tim donuts after this incident. You should maintain you hygiene properly.

One of the ovens was beeping constantly for a good 3 or 4 minutes during our dining experience today. My mom who is hard of hearing found it extremely distracting and bothersome with her hearing aids. I was even bothered by the constant beeping until the baker finally came out and stopped it. The service was mediocre, we waited in the line up inside for a few minutes each time I was in line which was twice as I purchased 2 donuts to take out. The order was put together and given to me in pieces and I had to ask for the last 2 items, a small white milk and the blueberry muffin. When my mother asked for her turkey bacon club sandwich to be cut the employee on the sandwich station grabbed it abruptly and threw the large knife down in and angrily manner. All in all the food was good once we had it all but the organization needs some work. The other employees that served us in cash and making the drinks were very pleasant though.Dietary restrictions: There are very few options for gluten free except for drinks.Kid-friendliness: Fair size dinning area where children are welcome. Child changing stations in female washroom, unsure of men's room.High chairs available.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible as well as marked wheelchair/accessible parking spots in front of the store. Low curd for wheelchairs and walkers or those unable to navigate steps. Power assisted doors for entry and exit.
