The best place!!! This Tim Hortons is so busy every time but the people working here are the most kindest people. It’s worth waiting. I don’t know how they manage to smile after the hectic day . That’s really impressive. Just want to appreciate each one of you! Good job everyone working there.

I ordered breakfast before doing my shopping at the mall, and they took a little to make my Iced Capp than expected, so they gave me a free cookie and upsized my iced Capp for free! It was even one of their new fancy cookies:) Made my day. Thank u

Love coming here before my shift! The few times there was a mistake with my order they fixed it right away. Was waiting close to 30 mins for my mobile order - they kept apologizing and threw in a free apple fritter! Absolutely love all the staff here and food/drinks always taste amazing!

Ordering from Tim Hortons is a trial in the human spirit. No customer understands how to read a room, or create a line to improve flow of service. They're all crowded around the dining room like cattle in a pen. The employees never say "I'll be with you in a moment", and the wait is always 15+ minutes. You get to the cash and the cashier stares at you. You have to do all the work, and all the prompting. They continue to stare. They don't tell you the total, so you hand them what you think is enough. When they give you your change back they put the coins on top of the bills so everything slips and falls everywhere. Then they rush you and tell you to wait over at the side. It's honestly so pathetic how much work ethic has gone down because of these workers. They need to shut the whole place down. We don't need this one.

When I go upon opening, I'm frequently told their ice capp machine is not working. When I know for a fact that if the workers got there before open, and cleaned the machine in time, picking up from where the closets finished, the ice capp machine would in fact be up and running. The company keeps defending their employees on these reviews, but you have to stop. They're the ones messing up your business and wasting time, and losing sales because they can't time their openings properly. There has to be punishment and more training somewhere down the line. Customers have always been and will always be right. You work to serve us food. It should t be so difficult. Everyone from toilet scrubbers to the marketing team to the CEO should be extremely embarrassed.

You guys should increase your timing for online deliveries as everytime i come here i had to wait atleast 10 minutes... if you gonna take that much time atleast the driver doesn't need to wait asthey dont get paid by hour .. so consider that please
