It's been many years since I have been to Tim Hortons and my recent experience confirms that I should never go back. This place is in serious need of improvement. Absolutely worst experience...including the food.

If you’re okay with your order being wrong—whether it’s your food, your drink, or both—then this is the place for you. However, if you expect accuracy and quality, I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere. I usually try to avoid this location, but on the few occasions I’ve gone back, my order has consistently been messed up. Whether it’s the sandwich, the drink, or both, something is always off. It seems like the staff at both the kitchen and drink station could really benefit from some retraining.

Worst customer service i went to drive thru and asked for lemonade with half sparkling water in it she refused to do that as i told her i can pay extra for that i dont know why i also work at tim hortans we never said our customers we cant do that.
I highly recommend to owner take care of these things as you for public.

If these people even deserve a review, but I’m just letting the people know the facts here. They don’t pay attention in restaurant and you’re standing in a lineup with or without other people you are going to be waiting for longer than you really should. Considering walk-in individuals should and do expect fast(er) service than what they give at this location.

Food is mediocre at best and half the time they don’t have what you ask for or it’s been put together without heart and complete rush or no care at all. I’ve been to some pretty crappy tim Hortons in my life but this one is by far one of the worst ones I can say I’ve been in too.

Go at your own risk. I’m going to stop sharing because I’d rather not hear the backlash of people’s opinions on what I would have said about the individuals behind the counters at most of these joints anymore. Give me a break. Not a fan, I said what I said. If you’re not from here; don’t come here. Simple.

Absolutely the worst location in Kingston! The staff cannot take an order that might be slightly specific without rolling of the eyes and stand offish attitude… been going there for years but will never go back!

Food is the same as everywhere else. Place wasn’t too busy, but literally every employee I saw looked like they genuinely did not want be there. Not great, not terrible.

Very bad experience, tea was cold even I asked before pouring it and the service was very bad. Employees were standing at the back and talking with each other.

The manager with the head peice needs to be fires her employees are running around like chickens with there head cut off the morning crew is fantastic they remember who I am her afternoon crew is horrible
