Very pleasant and outgoing staff! The restaurant was very clean and we felt safer at this location than we have at others in the city. Restrooms ere spotless and we witnessed staff members cleaning their hands and changing gloves after handling money which is a hygienic thing thst is often overlooked.
I always go to this drive through location every morning. The staff are awesome, and we know each other by first name. They all work like a well oiled machine. This drive through location should be the model used for future training.
I went to Tim Hortons at the Guarders Center and ordered an extra large Hot Chocolate with 3 milk and I got cream. I asked the lady Puneet to fix it and she said she did but hen I got back home 15 minutes later and tasted my drink it still had cream I know because I can't drink cream. Next time I'm asking for someone else to make my order or I wont get from there again.
