Whenever Pamela is on cash, I look forward to it. A kind interaction at any point during someone’s day is appreciated but especially first thing in the morning. Pamela always greets customers with a good morning which is not common anymore, no matter where you go. I know that they can be really busy but Pamela never makes me feel like an inconvenience or I’m taking too long even when I’m not exactly sure what I want by the time I get to cash. To hear “have a great day dear” means so much to so many people, including myself. She always gets the order right because she actually listens. Majority of the Tim Hortons I go to in Kingston don’t stir my tea even if I request it before the drink is made but she makes a point of doing it so I don’t have a bland tea on top with a hard chunk of sugar in the bottom. It may not seem like much to most but it makes me have a little pep in my step for my day. Thank you for all that you do Pamela. I appreciate your time, consideration and bright attitude!
Parking: Lots of large parking spaces that don’t make it difficult to get in and out of your car even if someone else doesn’t park in between their own lines.

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese. I had to really look for it. It's getting rather disappointing whenever I go there which is getting fewer by the week

I love to come here. This past week me and my friends have been coming here to collect the hockey cards, we absolutely love it. The best food in Canada and really good prices. Trade nights are amazing the best thing ever. At this point we know almost every worker and they know our order before we say it, 8 packs of hockey cards and 2 donuts.

Got a Take 12 and a few other things , waited 30-35 mins at this Tim's to get the Take 12. Employees would start preparing the Take 12 and then leave it to help other customers, so the wait time kept getting extended and extended. It's great they were able to move the line through and help 15-20 other customers but how long does someone have to wait for it to then become priority that they be helped as well? Is it only until it's been 35mins when it should have only taken 10 that it becomes important to make sure that person gets their stuff?
The new kiosk ordering system does not work. It takes more time and is not integrated with the drive through and counter order service. The people were great.

This is probably the slowest Tim Hortons ever, you’re better off going to a dine in restaurant, you’d be out quicker.
Not sure why they never open another till.
Like every single tim hortons, they have 2.
Theres more than enough workers standing around doing… not sure what to be honest
theyre just chit chatting.
Took over 15min to order.
another 7min for my basic ass breakfast sandwich.
In my honest opinion, this Tim Hortons should be closed down or given to another Owner since these seem to be common issues <3

The young lady working the drive-thru was rude, abrupt and had zero customer service. She aggressively thrusted our change into my husband's hand causing the change to fall to the ground. When my husband mentioned that the change was on the ground her response was "I can't gove you anymore money." This was communicated in a very aggressive tone. We will not be returning to that Tim Hortons location again.

Long wait time in the drive thru and they had 12 timbits…and almost no donut choices. This is disappointing considering it is a coffee & donut shop.

I decide to get a coffee and a few things before class, so I wait 16 minutes in line while some workers just walk around looking for god knows what. Not only do I have a severe allergy to milk but I communicated that. 10 minutes just to ask for 2 items. I waited another 10 to receive a medium icecap and I was just waiting on my small pumpkin spice latte with almond milk. I communicated that 6 times, as I get handed the drinks he asks me if I wanted a icecap and coffee, I repeated then twice clearly and slowly. small iced pumpkin spice latte with almond milk. Only to be given 10 minutes later a small hot pumpkin spice latte with regular milk and another icecap. I was never offered a trey, so as I had to carry all the drinks one in which i never payed for they spilt all over me and ruined my clothes. 1/5 stars, no matter how many times and how clearly i repeated my order they never listened.

This might be the slowest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been. It’s not the number of employees, there are a lot of person everytime. The problem is systematic management. They can’t organize orders well. Rest, is typical Tim Hortons features.

Service is very very slow. Employees spent to much time talking to each other than dealing with the customer.
