Imagine putting a Boston cream donut in a paper bag and smooshing it so the icing gets ripped off upon taking it out. We are on the brink of the singularity and these guys are out here disgracing Tim’s legacy. Disgusting.

Ordered a medium black coffee, and consistently, I received a 3/4 of a cup. Get your coffee somewhere else!

I asked for a cilantro lime loaded bowl with extra sauce!! I ended up getting a wrap but sweet chili sauce!! A huge difference between the two!!This is not the first time but the third time in a month!! The person even repeated the order back to me!! No excuse for this!! I’m very disappointed of such lousy service!!!

Vegetarian options: Cream cheese on bagel is one of my favorites. Any sandwhich they have can be made without the meat. Unfortunately the soups are not vegetarian. My favorite pastry is a chocolate eclair with a large dark roast coffee.

Received an old and bitter coffee and went back to exchange it for a fresh one. I was given attitude for not calling ahead to tell them. Asked for milk and sugar on the side and nothing in the bag when I got home and the coffee wasn't even hot and it's a short drive home. Definitely don't recommend this one.
