Average for a Tims.
Nice location. A bit slow - and we were not there at a busy time. But beware - they DON'T accept the Tims app at this location!
(They do accept credit card payment, so some reviews are out of date)
How on earth is there not a separate line for just coffee and donut orders? Making someone wait 40 mins in a horrendous line just for a 1.8$ double double is outrageous. Better to just walk to McDonald's and get the dbl dbl. Will be back in less than 40 mins.
Can you guys fix your steeped tea machine pls. It’s been two weeks
u get here at 11 leave at 1240 , the line is abominable. ice caps are a hit or miss
So slow
I put, but really a 0! This entire set up is the worst customer service. Not a smile, slow, unfriendly and a simple attitude that they don't care there is a line up waiting. I calculated 25 mins to get a coffee but the average wait per person in line was 32 mins
Great experience very polite and extremely good customer service by Nitika and priyal
Very friendly staff, especially Nitika an Priyal. Timely and efficient customer service. Would recommend.
First time I went they messed up my order, the second time I went this is what my turkey club sandwich looked like.

I got a medium French vanilla coffee. First off they don’t fill the cup. I am not expecting the coffee cup to be completely full but if I can put my whole finger in the cup before I get burned then there is an issue. I asked them to fill it and I am convinced they just added hot water because it’s not sweet like a normal French Vanilla.
Restaurantji Recommends
Line is always abominable and they always mess up my order but at least they’re consistent in that respect

What a dive this place is.. Forever slow service, always out of things, Iced Cap machine always broken, never have iced cap toppings. Got there at 11:40 Sept 27th; stood in line for 20 minutes to finally order my Iced Cap. First thing they told me they didn't have chocolate or hazelnut syrup. I asked to substitute with whatever is available. Wouldn't you know.. They come back telling me the machine is down. When will someone at the top do something about this place. You have people on tight schedules and half the time customers are turned away because of poor service or shortages.. And rest assured I can expect a reply for the "owner" with an apology and recommend I fill out a form through Tim Horton's website. This automatic response is the same at every location I've issued a negative review. That shows you that they don't care. They never do. Either close the place down or have someone from Head Office to go down rattle some chains. I'm sure he/she won't give that place a Five Star.

Everything was good and standard for a Tim Horton but they don’t accept cash or Tim’s rewards

My grandma (who is no longer with us) can make an ice cap faster than these people. Was in a line with 5 people for an hour.
