I'm not a huge fan of this chain, actually... it's personal preference, I guess. It's cheaper than Starbucks, but I find it less tasty. The food is OK, nothing more. I feel that the staff rotates quite often, which makes them lacking experience. It's fine if it's one in a while because they get used to it. However, here I don't feel it that way, and the time to wait is really long.
Awesome service, and good food. Despite being the busiest Timhortons location around town, they deliver unwavering good service, and food. Their hours are reasonable as well, if it is stated they open and close at x-hour they honor it on the dot. Maybe, every other Timhortons can take a lesson from this location.
I would give this a lower rating because service is slow (as it is slow everywhere on campus), but the fellow who works serving the orders is so pleasant and makes my day ever time I go. Thank you, Fred!
