I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons, located at a bus stop where travelers only have a short break. My bus had a 20-minute stop, so I went in just to grab a coffee. Despite there being several staff members working, it took over 20 minutes and my order still wasn't ready. I had already paid, but I couldn't wait any longer and had to leave without getting my coffee so I wouldn’t miss my bus.
This location is inside a bus terminal, so speed and efficiency should be a priority — if anything, faster than normal. Unfortunately, it was the opposite. I lost both my time and my money over a single coffee. Very frustrating and disappointing

I use this Tim Hortons every weekday morning on my way to work and I can't recall ever having a negative issue. It's always great to see Donna every morning.

I got a large original cold brew coffee and poppy seed muffin. The cold brew coffee I find almost no Tim Horton’s stir it and the syrup and cream is always on the top only but aside from that it was a great experience. Donna is very good at her job running drive thru each morning and I always enjoy seeing her. Shes efficient/speedy, funny, friendly and dam good at it.

Donna and Caroline are absolutely wonderful. They always make sure my order is correct. As I am paying Donna makes sure to say hi to my son and it makes his day and he is always excited when leaving. He is always asking for Donna now, even if we go to a different tim hortons.

Visited here on a road trip with my family. We stopped here for a washroom break and snacks. The washrooms where clean and well kept. We stop here mid day and I must say they had a great selection of donuts and Timbits. The staff was very friendly and great with my young children.
