Got my morning $3 breakfast which is actually $5 (pathetic), the worse part is I was eating my breakfast sandwich at work and noticed the English muffin was blue molded. I wouldn't have noticed if I didn't turn it around. This is completely disgusting, the workers should pay more attention. I took a picture for evidence.

Ordered three hot drinks via the app and drive-thru. Wait was a bit long considering only one car was ahead of me. Should have gone inside for speed...maybe next time. Store looked like a ghost town in there.
Coffee was hot and fresh, however, all three cup lids had weird design where the spout would not stay open...a flaw? 👎

Broken london fog machine + coffee out when line up is very long. Both coffee pots (reg and dark roast).should be ready to go in the middle of the day.
Washrooms could be serviced.. check the smear on the door handle ugg

I don’t usually do this but TH you need to follow that store at SJA Kingston. I go there every morning from now on … I had given up on TH, staff is usually terrible, language barrier, males working that don’t care about hygiene… but this store brings me back years… all mothers and older ladies working making you feel welcome and smiling all the time . This is what TH was all about in the past… being served by your mother/grandmother. I applaud the manager at that store for hiring properly. If you want an old service of the past visit TH at Sir John A. Nice to be back in the past
