Absolutely terrible service. I had to wait over 15 minutes while only two employees were working, moving at a painfully slow pace and showing zero urgency. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience at Tim Hortons. I ordered an iced coffee with extra cream, which is my usual order, and it clearly didn’t even have the normal amount of cream in it. When I asked the drive-thru staff to remake it, instead of doing so, the worker gave me an attitude, took the cup back, spilled some coffee out, and just dumped more cream into the same drink. That’s not remaking a drink—that’s cutting corners and shows zero respect for customers.
On top of that, she handed it back with coffee spilled all over the cup, dirty and messy. At the end she had the nerve to say “it’s 4 extra things of cream now,” as if that makes it okay. Isn’t it Tim Hortons’ policy to remake an order if the customer is not satisfied? This is not the first time they’ve messed up my order, but this was the last straw.
Terrible service, poor attitude, and absolutely no care for customer satisfaction. Definitely not coming back after this experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons! I ordered a delicious coffee and a wrap, and I was blown away by the quality. The highlight of my visit was the manager, who was exceptionally kind and polite. Her warm demeanor made me feel valued as a customer. It's refreshing to see such dedication to customer service. I highly recommend this location for a great meal and outstanding service!

Walked in to the Tim's. I was the only customer in the entire place. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese. 9 mins later it arrived. For the price the cream cheese was very minimal. I expected better. Guess I'll go elsewhere for better value/$

Slowest Tims Hortons in Canada. Ordered 5 supreme stack sandwiches and waited 20 minutes. It wasn’t even busy, slow trickle of customers/drive through.
Consistently has a hard time managing inventory, once again, NO ICED CAPP on a hot day
