This location has gone to shit in the last couple weeks. I have notices my favorite staff member is missing. I have waited for close to 30 minutes for my tea and bagel. When my favorite staff member was there I would be in and out very fast. She knew my order, always asked how I was and made by day by smiling at me. Tim Horton's where is Sarah, she is missed and needs to be back at this location to make a positive in environment. When I have been in this location I have seen Sarah be miss treated by others. Now that Sarah has not been there for a couple weeks, I have seen staff members yelling at each other, being very rude to others and can't make my order right or in a timely manner. As a paying costume I will not be returning to this location for many reasons and have many concerns but the biggest one is where is Sarah and is she ok?

Kimberly from 29 Niagra Park drive, Kingston Ontario, provided some complimentary coffee and donuts for one of our major events on Base “the amazing race”. We requested donuts and coffee last minute amd she was able to scramble and meet our last minute request and met us with everything we asked for plus more. Her positive attitude and willingness to help was essential to the high morale for the event staff.

Waiting 25 minutes to just place my order and then waited another 15 for just a large black coffee. Terrible time management, and personal management
Apparently customer service only applies to drive through or online orders. We waited 15 min to place our order with no one in line. All the people were working drive thru or online orders. Once placed, we waited another 15 for our food. I am very disappointed.

Just want to leave a comment. I came to Kingston today to visit some friends and was going to surprise my friend Sarah on her shift at your location. Only to find she wasn't on shift! Then to find out she no longer works there. 😔.... What a major disappointment!! I know Her bubbly and welcoming attitude to everyone who she had greeted will be missed... I know she always made sure to do her best, that is who she is naturally. When I was updated on the situation afterwards ; I need to make note that it is sad that her best was not accepted by this location. 💔 I also hope a robot doesn't respond to this review as that is so disrespectful and it should be management responding to reviews. There are a handful of generic responses which are posted after reviews are posted, and that is SO disrespectful to the staff these reviews are about. 🙄 Do better!

Popped into Tim Hortons for my morning coffee. Place was clean, staff were nice, and the coffee was fresh. Grabbed a fritter too, still warm. Pretty solid start to the day. I’ll be back.
