HUGE props to Penelope! I had actually picked up a coffee at the Tim Hortons location on John Counter drive thru...I had driven off and when I eventually tasted my coffee it was burnt. At this point, I was close to the Niagara Park location so I swooped in and decided to go in to this location to grab some cheese twists and use the restroom.While ordering the twists I explained the situation and asked if they could make me a new coffee. Without hesitation, Penelope said it was no problem at all and got me a new coffee with my order. I offered to grab the coffee from my car and bring it in to dump and she said that wouldn't be necessary. Thank you for the kind gesture even though it wasn't on you to make it right! I'll be stopping by this location to work from now on! ??PS - Just a suggestion, the ladies washroom could use a hook on the door for jackets/purses. Would be super convenient!

A bit of a bad experience, although I like this Horton. The girl at the cash register took the order and I stopped existing for her, she forgot about me. The guy from the kitchen (thank you ?) asked her who ordered the bagel, because she stood there and just smiled. I had to ask for mine muffin (I ended up getting a different one than I ordered, which was also strange) and I had to ask for coffee three times. Eventually I completed my meal after 17 min since I ordered. The girl told me that there was a queue, although there was only one family in front of me who had already eaten their stuff. It's true that the girl said "I'm sorry" to me, but she clearly looked lost in her work. Anyway, I won't give up, I will continue to come there, maybe she was just having a bad day.

Went through the drive through at quarter to six and tried to order a wrap. I was told their kitchen was closed and that they can't do food, whitch was very odd considering they close at 8.I then watched as the person infront of me was handed a wrap (not in a bag). So I can't understand why I was mislead by the worker.

I have visited this Tim Hortons close to daily for a month since moving. This is the worst Tim’s you could ever go to, they’re consistently out of daily everyday items, when they’re actually in stock, i’ve found countless human hairs, and other weird substances in my food, the quality of the food is absolutely disgusting and i’d rather feed it to my dog then eat it itself. Go to the one on Highway 15 and avoid this absolute mess as a whole.

Disgraceful, they serve cappuccino with drop coffee, latte with drip coffee, they don't know what a flat white is. Every time I ask for an espresso, they give me a small cup of drip coffee.How this place claims to serve coffee and then give you muddy water, claiming to be coffee is a disgrace.

Never have chili, always low on soup... had to change and reorder 5 times in 1 visit, each time the kitchen staff came out and were out of the item or didn't have enough.....
