Awesome drive-thru. The customer service is always excellent.
Inside, though, it's crowded and absolutely chaotic. I don't know where the line begins or ends, but most people are waiting to pick up. You can order and pay at the cash, at the little kiosks, or through your phone, on top of which there are doordashers picking up. It's pretty wild. I don't know how they're expected to keep up and keep everything straight, and from what I experienced, they really can't.

Totally useless!!!!! Wrong order, as well as no sauce. Being asked over 10 times for your order is annoying and uncalled for, sort your intercom system out!!

Been here three times now ordered the loaded bacon wrap, Bacon sausage, breakfast wrap on an English muffin and neither one Bacon on it also asked for mayonnaise on the English muffin and never got any. I think they need to slow down and maybe make sure the orders are proper before sending them out the door especially if you’re charging your customer for stuff that’s not there.

The absolute worst service I have ever encountered at a restaurant. First, they are **always** out of whatever I ask for, so I have to go with a second option. Second, they completely ignore instructions.
This morning, I ordered a double stack english muffin and asked for no egg and no cheese, so I reiterated, just the english muffin with sausage and bacon, but of course when I opened it to eat my breakfast, it was absolutely slathered in disgusting egg and cheese.
What if someone has an allergy? This is completely unacceptable customer service.

Friendly staff, never an issue, come here couple times a week and never had a mistake on an order. The worst I've experienced was maybe a bagel or donut I want that ran out, but it's usually well stocked too. The Staff is the real winner here too, they treat you like a friend and remember the regulars.

If you have less than 40 minutes to spend on waiting in the drive through, then don’t come here. Over half of the times I visited this place I had to wait over 25 minutes. Obviously, it’s not the staff’s fault (staff has always been great), it’s the management/owner.
I don’t understand this issue. I mean it’s normal at places like this to have significant turnovers but I really don’t remember the last time I had to wait long in a McDonald’s drive through. They have similar issues too but having fast service seems to be their focus. I hope this Tim’s fixes this issue.
