Friendly staff, never an issue, come here couple times a week and never had a mistake on an order. The worst I've experienced was maybe a bagel or donut I want that ran out, but it's usually well stocked too. The Staff is the real winner here too, they treat you like a friend and remember the regulars.

If you have less than 40 minutes to spend on waiting in the drive through, then don’t come here. Over half of the times I visited this place I had to wait over 25 minutes. Obviously, it’s not the staff’s fault (staff has always been great), it’s the management/owner.
I don’t understand this issue. I mean it’s normal at places like this to have significant turnovers but I really don’t remember the last time I had to wait long in a McDonald’s drive through. They have similar issues too but having fast service seems to be their focus. I hope this Tim’s fixes this issue.

About 5 times we go for a mid-afternoon coffee and treat. Every time they have no cookies, no donuts, no tea biscuits, no muffins, and the reason is all bakers have objected to working 12-8 to accommodate Uber Eats! All other locations are managing but this location has gone downhill since the old Manager Debbie has left. Not acceptable people!!!!

Where to begin with so many issues lately. Forever have food items made incorrectly or items just missing all together. Order regularly taken incorrectly despite multiple times correcting them. Beverages regularly made incorrectly full of grinds or wrong beverage given If that's not bad enough 9/10 times there is a 5+minute wait on items including coffee

This location is very busy in the mornings and around lunchtime. The last time I went, they seemed to be short staffed, and only 3 were working the floor. The seating area is on the smaller side and sometimes hard to manage with little children. They usually have a great selection of items.
