Witnessed horrible treatment (racism) of a gentleman whose first language was not English. Staff were totally impatient with the customer after he asked several times for help correcting his order, and his requests for help were ignored on a number of occasions. When he finally got the attention of a staff who was all but avoiding the man, they told him they couldn't understand him and had to move on to serve other customers. Gave him no reassurance and offered no resolution to a simple misunderstanding, and had absolutely no sense of human decency toward this guy when he was ignored and expected to leave with what he had or wait behind a new line of people. He was not angry, but by the time he left the store i could tell he was clearly frustrated. I was disgusted. I understand workers are under pressure to put orders out on time, but this was sad to see.

This particular Tim Horton's was the dirtiest one I've ever seen. Every table was dirty, floors were dirty, key pad on the debit machine was absolutely filthy. Very disappointing visit to say the least.

this place has gone so far downhill they've fallen into the abyss. poor service, poor hygiene- girl didn't even wash her hands before making my bagel.... barely any cream cheese on it even though we are charged for it. I do not recommend this store to anyone. its not worth your money or time!

I've never seen a Tim Hortons that goes out of their way to ignore customers who walk in to order like this place. I thought it might have been the time of day but no matter if I show up at 5:30am or after 6am, it's the same. The owner needs to undercover boss this place, for the morning shift.

Worst Tim Hortons ever, worst service yesterday I ordered a chocolate creamy chill and there was a girl in red hairs who took my order and made it. I don’t know what was wrong with the taste it was so disgusting and the colour of the drink was so dark whereas creamy chills are lighter in colour.I asked then twice that is it chocolate creamy chill? She said yes there was one more staff standing beside her I asked her also she also said yes. I don’t know why they keep people on work who don’t know even the basics. And this is not the first time my friends have also been through this disgusting service. I will recommend everyone not to go for this Tim Hortons.

The guy put his fingers inside the cup to move them around i ask him to remake it and he went around the corner ......then continued to argue with me for a refund ...i dont care if it was only $4 its priciple at this point refusw to make it correctly and refurw my refund then when i say just give me a muffin instead she ask me how i trust them with the food but not the coffee ? Whay kind of rinky dink circus are you letting go on after 9 pm ?
