The guy put his fingers inside the cup to move them around i ask him to remake it and he went around the corner ......then continued to argue with me for a refund ...i dont care if it was only $4 its priciple at this point refusw to make it correctly and refurw my refund then when i say just give me a muffin instead she ask me how i trust them with the food but not the coffee ? Whay kind of rinky dink circus are you letting go on after 9 pm ?

Took over 10 min for one drink. They had so many workers too doing idk what. Then when they called me they said they didn’t have the flavour I ordered. Overall very sad experience.

MX PONY!

This Tim Hortons is 10 times better than the one of princess st. Across from the 'flea market" glad I made the switch... it's a bit of a longer drive, but the staff is miles above the princess st staff.

I visit there daily but currently they dont have any impotance for customer who want to order inside they just serve to drive through as yesterday i wait ag counter around 5-7 minutes but nobod be there for my order even that time not busy there is only me some workers busy taking order in drive through and serve them some are standing for wait any food order and for some cleaning is important not the customer and there time as today i visit there same time thank god they took my order in 2-3 minutes forget that im only person there in front line then she ask to someone to make that order beca order is too long , its the coffee with two cream two suger .

This location I find that anytime I buy bagel with mayo am not happy. I have to tell them to add extra mayo because I can’t even feel a taste of it in my bagel . Besides that , I realized that nowadays at all Tim Hortons locations that I bought coffee, the coffee taste more watery than the coffee itself. It’s like more water and less coffee . Please let customers feel taste of the coffee they are buying.

Piss poor service . Staff has no idea how to make drinks and follow order on screen . I waited almost twenty minutes for my iced capp and guests who ordered after me were being served before me. Eventually I mentioned I was still waiting for my iced capp as it was getting pathetic .. please do better
