I normally have great service, but I seam to have bad service at the Montreal street store between 8 pm and 10 pm , I stop every night on way to work and the one guy that is working always seams to be not very nice , he act like he hates his job , he needs to be trained on how to talk and treat customers, sorry I donât normally do these Surveys but this guy just upsets me every night.

i went to get food this morning and when I pulled up to the drive through and asked for a bagel, the lady said âsorry we donât have foodâ so your telling me a fast FOOD place doesnât have food. Ridiculous.

Night time staff seems like they do not like their job except for one gentleman that my husband calls smiley. Great service from him. Day staff is always happy and have wonderful service during the day

Went through the drive thru and got a sourcream glazed donut and a boston cream donut.. no one else was in the drive thru, was not busy looking inside- they gave us a old fashioned plain and a boston cream that was upside down so all the chocolate was in the bag... should have just gone to coffee way
Can't understand English at all, told them x4 times that I didn't want a tray and they still asked again!! Double double coffee is double cream but forget the sugar completely!! No white people working there at all to help them understand wont be going back to ANY Tim Hortons!!! 0 STARS This isn't the first time this has happened all the locations are going downhill

The staff at this location are absolutely incapable in all ways. At the drive-thru I was bypassed for other customers twice at which point I drove up to the window. I asked the server the small and medium latte have the same amount of protein and he did not understand me even after the third time I asked, because he was esl. And and although it was in my favor, he gave the wrong change. Protein latte was fantastic, however I did not realize that it even the regular has vanilla syrup added to it, adding 28 g of sugar
