This tim Horton sucks so bad, they just told me they were out of steeped tea. Your whole job is coffee and tea like what really going on. They send me home with coffee instead of tea they wait hand and foot on the drive threw and ignore the front counter it is a disgrace. I've decided. I am now boycotting any and all Tim Hortons because of the ongoing consistent lack of respect not only for there customers but for the Employers of the John Counter location. They have over the last few years declined in all aspects of a business, at this location anyways.Thank you for your response I called the number you gave me and did as you requested however after 6 years of visiting your location I still stand by my decision to no longer be a Tim Hortons customer.

Every night I stop in for my tea and coffees for my fam and Nuris is the best.She is pure sunshine , She has the best customer service I have ever experienced , She's helpful polite engaging and very efficient and quick .Now that's how a business should be ran.I believe that Noris should train co workers what customer service is all about and how to engage with customers and then you would see bussiness thrive Thank you Nuris for who you are just a pleasure at tim Hortons # 103015 on Montreal street Kingston.

Went to order a coffee. There were 8 staff behind the counter and no line. It took a few minutes until someone helped me aswell as this person ran out of coffee and started making another pot in the middle of my order. After this, he got a donut for another customer before finishing my order! Where is management to make sure everything is running smoothly?
I just went through the drive-thru (Jan 4th @ 2:10). When the man at the window noticed he was about to give me the wrong donut, he turned to his coworker and told her it was wrong. This coworker rolled her eyes and snatched (and I mean SNATCHED) the bag from this poor guy's hand so rudely and went to get the correct donut. I don't know if this individual was a manager or just another coworker, but the blatant disrespect was horrendous to witness. This 'lady' didn't care who saw. I felt so bad for the man at the window. I regret not calling her out on her actions and sticking up for the guy, so I'm writing this review.
