MASSIVE WASP AND FLY PROBLEM. The donut case had wasps in it, the windows had over a dozen wasps flying around and there were flies everywhere in the cooking area. They also had extremely slow service. There was no one taking orders. They took 2 orders in 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend going somewhere else.

$3.59 for a 500ml chocolate milk and with a bagel and cream cheese it was $8.50. I know its at kgh but it still seems very overpriced.

I used the app last night and turns out they don't have that item. So I message tim hortons to get my money back and they said the store has to
I reached out to the store Manger left 6 messages and never get any thing back I message the site and they say the store manager will get back to me it's been well over a month and STILL NOTHING BEEN DONE

I'm not happy with this Tim's ,on June 29/24 I bought an extra large coffee an price was $2.45 next morning same store June 30/24
The guy charged me $2.57 ,I told him you are wrong it is $2.45 an he stated $2.57 was always the price I did look it up on ordering app for puck up only way I could figure it out an price is$ .
2.45 .I get the same coffee every day at a Tim Hortons an was never charged an extra .10 ¢ so this guy is making a good dollar the end of his shift ,think he should be fired the idiot.

Outrageous prices. $4 for a 500 mL pop, $3 for water. 10.99 for a sandwich, 10.99 for a salad. Nothing like gouging the people who ate forced to be at the kgh for hours and days. Also no service on zero after 5pm and no service at all on the weekends. They don't care if there is a 20 minute line up at the single tim hortons left open, but employees get a 15 minute break. That's what happens when a private company is placed in a hospital.

I'd give it 5 starts normally, but I just can't do it today. I purchased the new Caramilk donut. I was disappointed when I took a bite. The donut was rock hard. Needless to say. I wasted my money. I guess I'll stick to coffee.

Jokingly, I said I shouldn't, but I will. The staff member replied with "why not, treat yourself." Well, I guess I should listen to my gut and not him.

I can’t even give this Tim Hortons a rating. The girl was extremely rude to me because I couldn’t wear a mask and refused to take my order. I can’t wear masks due to my head having a surgery and she doesn’t want to serve me. Worst Tim Hortons ever! Manager/Owner, fire people who clearly have issues! They shouldn’t be paid. They’re so scared of getting Covid, stay at home.?I’m a 15 year old child for crying out loud. Very disappointing.

Nice that this location is open 24 hrs to serve us Hospital Staffs that work the overnight shifts. Coffee is always served nice and hot and food is freshly baked daily. The staffs there are nice and great to talk to, especially when I'm working the overnights. Thanks for being awesome and keep up the great work.

Worst Tim Hortons ever visited..This one attached to Kingston hospital...Lots of flies ..!!!Slowest customer service ever..Both the ladies very slow and rude..Management/ owner. Please take care of this one time one

Service rates were low only because, I received the wrong order. When I went back to get it corrected, if I wasn't preemptive I would have gotten the wrong order again.
