They gave me an ice coffee that was sitting forever like two almost melted ice cubes left in It. tasted absolutely terrible. Extremely watered down.

Makes for a good place to grab a hot drink or snack, and use the restroom on the drive between Ottawa and Toronto.

How in the world do you go to a 24-hour Tim Hortons that at 7:00 at night has three donut choices on the shelf.
Especially when one of the Tim Hortons offers is two T's and coffees and two donuts.
This is very inadequate planning

This morning the drive thru lady shorted me $20. I corrected her, she handed me the $20 and said her math isn't very good. Does the till not tell you how much change to give. I hope others check their change.

I’ve been to this Tim Hortons location a few times, and unfortunately, the experience hasn’t been great. The staff do their best, but the atmosphere feels tense. The manager, Melissa, comes across as rude and dismissive — not just toward customers, but even toward her own staff. It’s uncomfortable to see employees being treated poorly right in front of customers.
The food and coffee are the same as other Tim’s locations, but the management makes the whole experience less welcoming. I hope head office takes notice and addresses how staff are treated here, because it definitely affects the customer experience.

Yesterday morning, I met a wonderful girl named Adisha at this Tim Hortons. It was a busy time, but she took my order quickly and even helped me choose a sandwich I would like. She brought all the coffees and food to my table with napkins, and we had a short but pleasant conversation.
Despite the rush, I was really impressed by her positive attitude and the way she treated customers. At one point, I noticed her giving a gift box to a kid at the next table who had won some competition. That small gesture truly stood out.
I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt this experience deserved one. Before leaving, I told her I would definitely return to this Tim Hortons when I come back to the city.
