I’m honestly really frustrated with my recent Tim Hortons order. I got one Ice Cap and two quenchers, and none of them were made correctly. The Ice Cap was way too watery and had barely any flavor, and the quenchers were all messed up wrong flavors, uneven ice, and just tasted off. it’s disappointing to see such a lack of care in something so simple. It feels like my order was completely rushed or ignored, and it really ruined what should’ve been a refreshing treat.

I go to this timmies every morning and got to know some of the staff quite well.. but unfortunately this morning my usual cashier Debbie, didnt make my stepped tea this morning and it was made wrong.

Sad when I order a LG coffee with 2 cream and 4 Sugar in the drive-through this morning at 7:30 am on December 4th and I get a coffee with no sugar in it !. how hard is it to make a coffee ,I get things get busy but this is a constant problem with this location
Got our order totally wrong, didn't realise till we were already on the hwy. No receipt either to even go back a different day.
We ordered 2 chipotle chicken wraps and got 2 snack wraps with dried up chicken, a tea that got cream instead of milk. Everyone knows it changes the taste completely. .so didn't get to drink that. At least the ice cap wasn't melted and watered down this time.

I showed up at 6:30 pm on the drive thru to order iced-cap but the boy said, “ we’re done with the ice-cap. Like seriously? . They didn’t want to clean the machine
