Tired of having to repeat daily to your staff too speak English. Thankfully today I was served by Brianna who was very patient and understanding. I finally was able to get the order made the way I asked. Also, seen her getting yelled at later this afternoon by a lady complaining that Brianna stole her points when she placed her order. Thankfully a lady called Noris stepped into assist her

Language barrier stopped me from being able to order food , apparently you can no longer speak English at a tim hortons , I am done with any and all things tim horton forever , I was die hard timmies for over 25yrs .never again .not entering a store not buying k-kups nothing .GOOD BYE TIM HORTONS and your hiring practices forever !!!!!

I went to buy a turkey bacon club at 6:30 at night and they didn’t have the ingredients for it then I asked them for a dozen chocolate chip cookies and they said they didn’t have any then I asked for other cookies and they said they had zero cookies Prime Time dinner time and they don’t have the ingredients for a sandwich and this must be the seventh time this month

The cashier not counting the cash I gave him, then stalling and asking if I gave him too much money was a serious red flag. It was $0.15 over, so I just left it, but your staff need to count cash.
Although service was good, the staff not speaking either official language in the workplace was offputting.

Used to be my favourite tim horton, not anymore. Coming to this location from last 2 years never get disappointed with tea and food, but last few visit’s always have either cold tea or not made properly or food doesn’t made properly also. It start happening from last 2 to 3 months.
