This used to be my go to Tim Hortons, but the last few times I’ve gone, I have gotten rude service. It has definitely gone down hill. This morning in particular I ordered my tea at the speaker “3m3sw.” When the woman at the window handed the drink to me the lid said “TT” so I stayed at the window to ask if it was with milk and sweetener. Having gotten coffee in place of tea before i wanted to make sure that my drink was right before I drove all the way to work. The individual making the drinks snapped at me in a snarky tone that it was tea with milk and sweetener. Having worked at Tim Hortons in the past I found this so incredibly rude and unnecessary. Maybe just write proper information on the lid next time and people won’t have to stay and double check. The woman at the window was nice which is why I gave 2 stars but this store really only deserves one.

I went in with a group of people early in the morning. There were only a few staff working, and I was expecting a little bit of a wait. The staff were super friendly, quickly took and prepared our orders, and had us out of there in minutes. The food was fresh and well prepared. It is hard to find a Tim Hortons with staff that is this friendly and provides such a fantastic experience. Thank you for the excellent service!

3 workers this morning, and they easily handled 8 of us walk ins very efficiently while completing drive-through orders at the same time. Was nice to see the team members put pride into their work. Food was made quick, correct, and delicious. Hats off to the morning team today 🙌.

Tried to get some breakfast for me and my friends this morning but wasn't able to get anything as they were out of most of the breakfast items.
The staff made it seem like they didn't have any of the items instead of saying more would be ready soon.
They need to manage their product levels better based on how busy it is. Waited in line all that time and ended up having to go to another location.
Takes too long to get service when you go into the restaurant, all they care about is the drive through.
