The staff were inattentive & preoccupied ! There was one nice lady who was trying her best to keep things going in a timely manner, but had little to no help from her coworkers.
The restaurant was dirty, with garbage on the floor & tables not cleaned.
Bathrooms were also not clean.
Disappointing to say the least.

TLDR: hot chocolates took 20 mins to make after ordering, and a wrap, 25 mins, when there was only one other person in line. Go only if you have time to kill.
Placed a mobile order for a wrap and two hot chocolates. Arrived 15 mins later. One car was in the driveway. They only noticed the mobile order after I walked in and asked about it. They started preparing the hot chocolates right away. One staff was in training, so the hot chocolates came out ten minutes later. Only after the drinks arrived did another staff - who had been wiping the counter, but otherwise stalling - start on the chicken wrap. It was ready five mins later too. What I hope would be a two minutes in-and-out took fifteen minutes.

You’re better off going to another location. The employees are very slow, they only ever have 1 teller open at a time even if the lineup is out the door. I waited 15 minutes in line for 1 drink before I even ordered.
The food is getting smaller and smaller each time I visit and even cold when I receive it.

Worst customer service. I ordered small iced coffee.There is a woman with black scarf, first she makes wrong order, then another person makes the same order and gives me in a medium cup. She shouts from the counter to give the money from me, when the staff makes a mistake.

Always take priority in drive thru. Never acknowledge guests inside. End up waiting in line for 5-10 mins to just walk out empty handed. Sad. Yall are the worst Timmy’s in town, only come here the odd time but never again

I come to this location occasionally as I pass through the area for work. Over the past several months the customer service experience is just... unfortunate. Tonight, I came through drive thru to order and was greeted with a "Hey". Not really great....feels like the majority of the time I'm coming here I'm the one providing more friendly courteous customer service interaction than the Tim's employees.
I had to repeat myself several times through the speaker...not sure if there were technical issues? The gentleman sounded like he didn't understand what I was asking for...perhaps a language barrier?
In any case, I ordered a large french vanilla cappuccino. I'm handed my beverage and put it in my cup holder, drive away, and by time I'm halfway home I realize my cup feels bit light.... Take the lid off and it's barely filled 3/4 of the way full. I mean a little more effort and overall care isn't a huge ask...it's the bare minimum. Perhaps some additional training and support for your team would be helpful.

Had a fantastic experience today with a mobile order as well as a cash register order in the same visit. Brittany was a great server at the till, and all the other staff were also helpful and working like a well-oiled machine. Everyone was conmunicating with one another and seemingly supportive of each other. It was moce.to see the team working well. My mobile order was not fully available, but they rectified it quickly and replaced one item! They were gelpful and even offered to make the item they didn't currently have. I was satisfied with the outcome and service. Thank you for the mobile order to the staff. Thank you for your help with my order at the till, Brittany. Your assistance and ensuring the order was fulfilled was great service.

I strictly order almond milk coffee today in the morning and they gave me one with the normal milk after that I experienced short of breath , fever and vomiting …. They should be more aware of allergies someone having . Worst experince …
Placed an order for bagels and coffee and the fat chick preparing the bagels lacks common sense and manners. I had to yell excuse me to get her attention as she touched bacon for another order and without changing gloves started preparing my order. On top of that she tells me that I have to be polite. I work in the food industry and understand you don’t mix orders or touch bacon and then prepare veg orders with the same hand. Please train the workers correctly.
It was a miserable when I went there it was very bad very dirty I asked to make my iced coffee without sugar but they put sugar in it I went back and I asked again and they made another one for me and it's I didn't taste it inside the store but when I got outside and I tasted it was has in it sugar again
