Worst service ever

I order a juice and lemonade didn't even received it almost missed my bus in the process. Service was too slow and very few customers don't go if you are traveling distance.

Kudos to staff!!! This place was packed when we arrived but the service so fast and friendly. It’s not easy to deliver such a great service when it's that crazy busy, but they nailed it.

Tim Hortons never disappoints! Whether I’m grabbing a quick coffee on the go or sitting down for a breakfast sandwich, the quality is consistently great. The coffee is always fresh, and their Timbits are a perfect little treat. Service is usually fast and friendly, Mr Saad Patel and other crew members were great .
Definitely a Canadian favorite for a reason!

The staff were inattentive & preoccupied ! There was one nice lady who was trying her best to keep things going in a timely manner, but had little to no help from her coworkers.
The restaurant was dirty, with garbage on the floor & tables not cleaned.
Bathrooms were also not clean.
Disappointing to say the least.

TLDR: hot chocolates took 20 mins to make after ordering, and a wrap, 25 mins, when there was only one other person in line. Go only if you have time to kill.

Placed a mobile order for a wrap and two hot chocolates. Arrived 15 mins later. One car was in the driveway. They only noticed the mobile order after I walked in and asked about it. They started preparing the hot chocolates right away. One staff was in training, so the hot chocolates came out ten minutes later. Only after the drinks arrived did another staff - who had been wiping the counter, but otherwise stalling - start on the chicken wrap. It was ready five mins later too. What I hope would be a two minutes in-and-out took fifteen minutes.

You’re better off going to another location. The employees are very slow, they only ever have 1 teller open at a time even if the lineup is out the door. I waited 15 minutes in line for 1 drink before I even ordered.

The food is getting smaller and smaller each time I visit and even cold when I receive it.

Worst customer service. I ordered small iced coffee.There is a woman with black scarf, first she makes wrong order, then another person makes the same order and gives me in a medium cup. She shouts from the counter to give the money from me, when the staff makes a mistake.

Always take priority in drive thru. Never acknowledge guests inside. End up waiting in line for 5-10 mins to just walk out empty handed. Sad. Yall are the worst Timmy’s in town, only come here the odd time but never again
