During the early morning shift on Thursday, October 10, 2024, it was evident that the team on duty was highly demotivated and reluctant to engage in their work. Despite efforts to encourage them, the result was a clear lack of effort, reflected in the final product— half of the pizza doesn't even have the sauce and cheese.

This situation is concerning, as it not only impacts the quality of the service but also reflects poorly on the overall work environment. I believe addressing the root cause of this demotivation, whether it be workload, management, or other factors, is crucial to ensuring a better quality of work and employee satisfaction moving forward.

12:52 sat Oct 5 very rude service I got laughed at when I asked for a plane bagel so left and let my partner take care of my order jot saying anything I got a bagel with zero cream cheese and it was burnt to a crisp very rude

Over 50% of the time, my order is wrong. Staff are either super friendly or not friendly at all. On my last visit I waited over 15 min for 2 breakfast sandwiches and a bagel. I had to ask them to refresh my tea because it got cold during the wait. There's potential for improvement. But that starts with management. If they don't care, why should the staff.

Like all Tim Horton's bathrooms, this one was a little small and cramped and needs a better layout but was clean and didn't stink.

Food & coffee is always fine, my issue is always the time it takes if coming here before 5am. Even if the drive thru is not busy and it's for only a coffee. Takes over 15 minutes some days. Theybalso never have the door open before 5am Soni can just walk in.

This location consistently serves drivethru customers quickly while making their in-person customers stand in long lines to order, then wait even longer to get their order, all while watching the drivethru customers zoom through at three times the speed. Most donuts/timbits sold out - very little selection. Do not recommend.
