I wouldn't know what the food tasted like this morning because I was in the drive through ordered my stuff, got to the window. There was a guy on a bike in my way. So I asked them if they could continue their conversation after I got my stuff because I have to work and I am on a schedule. It's 3 o'clock in the morning. I am on a schedule for my job. I have to be at a certain place at a certain time. That is why I go through the drive through. I was told to wait because I am a typical Woman left without getting my stuff and without paying. Because this guy on the bike was still talking and I will never be going to this tim Hortons again on division street

i ordered timbits and a salad, the cashier use his hand to pick the.timbits for.me. so i questioned,and asked for a second box. He still did not put the gloves on, just use a little piece of paper at fingertips this time. And then when I got my salad bowl, the lettuce in it is sure not fresh. I used to stop at Tims all the time, guess next time need to check the reviews before stop. So I am posting to help others decide.

Waited 25 mins for 1 bowl and 3 drinks, workers were taking orders and making those before they’d even start the mobile orders. Absolutely no organization or process at all.

Management does not knew how to treat their own staff. If the staff is unhappy then the service will automatically will be the worst. That is what happens at this location. A quick recommendation for an owner to create a great woking atmosphere please check with your managers if they are fine working with some particular ethnicity because right now they are not ok with them.

Staff 0, and supervisor lies to me. I still waiting for 30 min to have my order suddenly, my order appears in Now serving board and few minutes disappears and when I asked them for my order they asked me that I pick it up.
