I usually got my coffee from this tim, they are often unprofessional especially on drive thru. Employees never listen to order first, if they do they laugh with each other which customer can listen on mic. Taking orders and laugh on order, I really never understand but at last they are quite unprofessional during their job of work.

Worst experience ever. I stopped here while travelling from Montreal to the GTA and ordered a Steeped Tea and a Veggie Cilantro Lime Loaded Wrap. After leaving the restaurant, I started eating in my car and had already eaten half the wrap before realizing they had given me a chicken wrap instead of the veggie one.

This is completely unacceptable — especially since I was the only customer there and the restaurant was almost empty. Such carelessness shows a total lack of attention and responsibility from the staff.

Very disappointing and frustrating experience — will never visit this location again.

Staff is incompetent and doesnt speak enough English to know a dark coffee isn't a dark roast double double. This isn't racism this is a fact. Don't like it gfys

As always drive through takes priority over front counter. Which is a major fault of tims. None the less it will never be fixed. Standing for 5 minutes at counter with no one attending cash is inexcusable. Some poor elderly gentleman waited 15 minutes for a pizza. The manager here needs to visit renfrew, Barry's Bay or huntsville tim hortons to see how real customer service works.

Just called the Manager on duty (Spoke to the assistant Manager due to Manager away today) and had a good feedback chat with her regarding 2 of her staff with absolute Zero Energy and lack of respect with me as a regular customer. When you come to the speaker at drive through you should be greated nice with good morning right? Well last week and just today this morning usual time and got Nothing and very short and disrespectful and coming to the window to get my coffee again with Zero energy from the young staff. I told the assistant Manager thanks for listening and they needed to know about those two staff this is not how they should Welcome their clients. Zero energy and Zero people skills. Will be my last visit sorry!

Visiting this Tim Hortons store Drive-Thru was an absolute pleasure. I could easily understand every word spoken through the speaker, only had to state my order one time, and the attendant at the window as well as the staff I could witness working behind her in-store were all very pleasant. The window attendant very amiably and quickly provided my order, thanked me, and wished me a very good day, all with a smile!!! Furthermore, the order was accurate, the hash brown was cooked to perfect crispness, and the breakfast wrap was perfectly put together... the ingredients were evenly distributed throughout the perfectly folded wrap as was the sauce, rather than just a big blop of sauce at one end.
It has been perhaps a decade since I have had such a good experience like this in the GTA and surrounding areas at any other Tim Hortons store.

Restaurant is filthy and covered in flies. Messed up my order, prepared orders in inconsistent queue (people who ordered later got food first even though orders were the same), and gave a vegetarian person in the restaurant chicken in their food. Probably one of the worst Tims I’ve ever been in
