Tim Hortons is Tim Hortons anywhere in Canada. A place you can rely on for a quick bite and coffee.

Poorly run, employees speak Punjab bearly any English. Employees hair net didn't cover his beard, and they were extremely rude.

Clean place. Friendly staff. Service was fast. The only thing I was not a fan of was the fact that the seats were all wooden and very hard on the butt.

Apparently my previous comment did work.
Went today and the dinning saloon was open and the staff was courteous.
Thank you for improving a Canadian Icon.
It’s the worse Tim Hortons ever !!!
For being the closest to downtown Kingston should be a model store but us not.
The dinning room is always closed and the neighborhood is the worst.
Fenchaises like this should be more careful where they install their shops

I was standing quietly waiting for a friend who was ordering something, and a staff member snapped at me with ‘What are you waiting for?’ in a rude, condescending tone. Completely uncalled for. If this is how Tim Hortons allows their employees to treat customers, it’s honestly pathetic. I wasn’t causing any trouble, and being spoken to like that is unacceptable. Train your staff to act like professionals, not like they’re doing us a favor by being there.
