horrible rude staff, took 25 minutes to get 3 drinks, a wrap, and a breakfast sandwich. staff were extremely rude and ignorant as well.

Order taker was good, nice coffee and donut, worst customer service, restaurant is super dirty, we asked one of team member to clean table, she was reacting, and ignore, we asked another team member she said you can sit at some other table instant of cleaning. Finally we clean our table by our self. Because it's our favorite place. We don't come to just have coffee we can coffee at home also, experiencing is so important and meeting friends , I don't know why employees don't wear name tags.

I recently visited Tim Hortons and had an outstanding experience, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Monika. Her kindness and helpful demeanor truly stood out, making my visit delightful. The coffee and treats were fantastic, but Monika's friendly service elevated the entire experience. Kudos to her and the team for creating a welcoming atmosphere. Five stars well-deserved!

Today's crew member Sruthy was impolite and her attitude towards the customer was rude. She was literally throwing the food to me. I won’t buy anything from there. It happened with me same girl before too.

The building looks a lot better since the renovations, definitely looks a lot cleaner, I know you can't blame the business but this Tim Hortons seems to attract some interesting characters from the surrounding area who like to hang around.

She consistently wears a smile and is always ready to serve, making her the best employee I've ever encountered. Wanted to grab a coffee and read a book. There was a man eating with a husky puppy on his lap. Staff didn't say a word and my allergies went haywire. Two people were watching videos on their phones without headphones so the combination allergies and 3 different audios blasting around me(store audio plus the 2 previously mentioned buffoons) and a subpar coffee made it a miserable experience.Edit - In response to the owner, you fell short in your employees allowing a dog to sit at a table while the owner and friends ate and chatted away. Pretty sure that violates several health and safety violations. I suppose the employee could have asked people to turn down their audio too but the dog is mainly where you are to blame but typical Tim Hortons unaccountability

On Thursday Jan 11th, around 6.30 pm. I placed an online order and paid for it. When went to the store to pick up the order, they said they ran out of the order. I asked for a refund but the supervisor on site said only costumer service can issue a refund. Which was a complete lie, and she said that just to get rid of me.For $12 I had to wait on the line of costumer service just to find out it was a lie, and only stores can issue refunds. That's the rule since August 2021.You need to understand people's time is valuable, and you shouldn't simply get rid of them.Edit after the automatic reply of the owner: automatic replies are Not helpful and it's similar to what your supervisor did "getting rid of the costumer". I called the costumer service and they said they can't help me.
