Toast & Jam offers quite a few options that can be made vegan with the substitution of tofu scramble. I tried the chorizo hash bowl where the chorizo was substituted for tofu scramble and it was bomb! It seems that the menu changes seasonally or every so often because the vegan options mentioned in previous reviews, no longer exist. Their current offerings include shakshuka, the chorizo hash, a roasted rapini and red pepper focaccia sandwich, and the "it's tradition."...
This place is a must if in Kingston area. Plan ahead and get on the waiting list the morning of, it is worth it. Food is great, wanted to try everything. Service is great. And I have not been to many places where the atmosphere and noise level is the perfect mix. Exiting through the bake shop, awesome treats to pick up for later. Thanks for an amazing experience.
Lovely brunch at Toast & Jam! Food was delicious. Big menu! We enjoyed the traditional breakfast, French toast & pancakes. London fog with vanilla + oat milk was 5/5! A little on the pricier side for drinks but at least it was yummy!
Service was wonderful, very friendly and when my son’s pancake took longer to come they took it off our bill (without us asking).
Would definitely come again when we’re in Kingston!
