Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Never Again!
I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a pizza from Torino Pizza and Pasta, and to my absolute horror, there was a cockroach baked right into the cheese. This isn’t just bad service – this is a serious health hazard! It’s clear the kitchen hygiene is appalling.
Whoever is cooking at this place clearly has no respect for food safety or customers. If the cook can’t even keep bugs out of the food, they shouldn’t be working in a kitchen at all. This was not only gross, but deeply disturbing.
Avoid this place at all costs – unless you enjoy surprises with legs in your food. I’ll be reporting this to the health department immediately

What kind of respectable pizzeria uses the giant slabs of processed meat that cover the entire crust? It just smoothers the crust not allowing it to proof and cook properly. Not that this place knows how to proof a pizza crust anyway. Just flat, stiff cardboard dog shit. Plus delivery took forever and the pizza was delivered cold.

The pizza was the best we have had in the west end. Fluffy and crispy crust, just the right amount of sauce. Great. Tough to order on the phone but worth it.

Have ordered delivery direct from the store before. Tonight I tried to order again and was told that in 7 years they have never delivered to my location. That was an outright lie. We order from here at least once a month, sometimes twice. I am aware this will not close their business down but we will never, ever be getting food from here again. And while we once recommended it with rave reviews, that will be no longer.
So much for trying to support local.

My kids went to Frontenac High School and I have paid for a lot of pizza over the years but finally had the opportunity to try it out for myself.
Hands down my favourite pizza in the city. The sauce and crust really made it for me.
We went later in the evening and took it to go so can't really comment on the atmosphere but the service was great!

One our favourite pizza takeout places in Kingston, we treat ourselves a couple of times a year.
Best pizza in town by far. Honestly best I’ve ever had. My father got me addicted to it at a young age, and now with him gone I still go at least once a month, sometimes (much) more.
The staff here are very nice people, the owner is a good guy too, as soon as I walk in he goes and grabs my order without even asking my name. Every time I’ve gotten it I’ve never had a problem.
Taste is absolutely fantastic. I don’t know how, but their cheese is just my favourite of any pizza I’ve ever had. Crust is also good, and I’m not even a crust guy. It’s delicious and authentic, like seriously amazing.
All in all, this place will remain my favourite for the rest of my life. Here’s to hoping it never closes!

Solid pizzeria! They made an amazing pizza, and their burgers and poutines are incredible. You truly can’t beat the large 1 topping pizza for $10 (with tax). A go-to place for great eats.
