I had pleasure of making wine with Nora and bottled it this week. It was such a wonderful experience! Wine from a Canadian company, bottles & corks from Europe, and best of all it tastes amazing!!! So easy to make, bottle and drink!! Win-win!! And as a local artist, I want to give a shout out to Nora for carrying a plethora of locally made, handcrafted items; artwork, cards, chocolates, honey, sauces…. List is long! And very soon she will have some of my work there as well!

We recently had the pleasure of bottling our own wine at Un-Wined, and what a fun experience it was! From start to finish, Nora made the process fun, simple, and memorable.
Not only did we walk away with delicious wine (that we can proudly say we bottled ourselves!), but we also had such a great time laughing and learning. The setup is welcoming, includes local art and items to shop from and it’s clear that Nora’s passion for creating these experiences shines through.
It’s not just about the wine (though it’s fantastic!); it’s about supporting an amazing local business and having fun in the process.
We’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend Un-Wined enough. 🍷✨

Un-Wine-D is a terrific winemaking supply store, located in the mall at Kingston, Ontario’s Gore Road in the east end. Whether you are looking for kits to make wine in your basement or to make in the shop, this is the place. I’m a second-generation wine maker, and since moving here, I’ve shopped at two other craft wine stores before finding Nora and Fiona at Un-Wined-D; I cannot imagine going elsewhere. When I was diagnosed with diabetes, Nora, without prompting found me several low-sugar wine options. She points out new offerings and suggests variations that may appeal to my wife’s and my palate. Unlike many such places that are ‘just businesses,’ we consistently leave smiling – it’s such a welcoming venture. Highly recommend.

Best wine shop in Kingston, period!Great prices, selection and fabulous customer service by Nora, the owner. Why would anyone buy wine at the LCBO when you can get all kinds of selections for what amounts to less than $5.00 a bottle at Un-Wine-D that is as good as the commercial stuff? We love wine and saving money and this store does it all for us.Lots of parking, ultra clean shop, friendly and knowledgeable service with a smile, great selection. The store also sells quality unique local artisans' works.

Un-wine-d offers a wonderful selection to suit your taste. Nora, the owner gives outstanding customer service. It is very clean and organized. She also offers a variety of different items to help support local businesses. She truly care about her customers!!! I highly recommend!!!!

Well..where do I start?Not only is Nora well knowledged in the making wine,which includes knowing deferent grape varieties and regions, being a chef,she has created recipes for flavoured wines(try the elderflower infused traminer-Riesling!!!).She is very personal,and is there to help you bottle....Never got that in the west end!If I could,I would give her 6 stars.
